Villa Sunset captures the relaxed luxury of Fiji with its refined interiors rendered in calm hues of nature, with rich materials and contemporary furniture adding a fresh modern polish. The villa is ideally positioned on hilltop towards the centre of the island, offering sublime views of the Pacific Ocean throughout.

Living Room

True to the villa’s grand stature, Kokomo Sunset offers generous living areas for guests to relax and entertain in. A relaxed seating area is incorporated into the dining room, with an L-shaped sofa positioned next to ocean view windows facing a wall-mounted TV. Close by on the same floor, an idyllic family lounge area offers the perfect setting for getting cosy with the family while swapping stories of days spent exploring this magical island.

Dining Room

The dining room blend in with the living areas and features a long wooden dining table surrounded by eight matching chairs. The same space incorporates a well-presented open-plan kitchen. The room is lined with full-wall glass, allowing guests to dine while gazing over the island and out to the ocean.

Garden

The villa is built on one of the most scenic spots on the whole island, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, all framed by statuesque palm trees swaying gently in the tropical breeze. The villa’s pool is surrounded by a row of sun beds, with a generous shaded terrace with lounge furniture offering a break from the tropical sun when needed.

Kokomo Sunset has six bedrooms, making this the largest villa at Kokomo Private Island. Five bedrooms are furnished with king-sized bed and one room has two single beds. The master bedroom is positioned on the upper floor, while the five guest bedrooms are located one floor below.
