Lataliana Villas are the ultimate embodiment of Balinese luxury living. The villas feature gorgeous tropical gardens and opulently designed interiors with a generous layout providing all guests with a lavish sense of privacy.
Living Areas
Each of the Lataliana Villas features a beautifully decorated living room which can be fully enclosed for air-conditioned comfort. The living rooms come with ample sofas and plenty of entertainment. In Villa La, this comes in the form of a pool table and a baby grand piano while Villa Li features a large TV/DVD and a pool table. Villa Ta also comes with a piano with an awesome outdoor area.
Dining Room
Villa La, Villa Ta and Villa Li each feature spacious indoor dining areas. Villa La’s dining area can accommodate up large groups with the villas are booked together. Each villa comes with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen – though this luxury estate is not exactly the kind of place you stay in to cook!
Media Room
Villa La features an air-conditioned media room lavishly furnished with over-sized sofas. The room has a 51-inch TV with Bose surround sound and a Blu-ray DVD player complemented by a huge selection of movies.
Gardens & Pools
All three villas come with their own private swimming pools, so when you book the whole estate you get access to three beautiful lagoon-shaped swimming pools shaded by lush tropical greenery. Villa La’s pool is 25 metres long while Villa Li’s pool measures at 17-metres long and Villa Ta is 16 metres. The poolside areas are dotted with sun loungers and surrounded by gorgeous tropical gardens. Villa La also features a 100-year old Joglo pavilion that’s ideal for hosting intimate wedding ceremonies.

Villa La has seven bedrooms. Three bedrooms have king-sized beds and four rooms have two single beds each – these can also be set up as kings if needed. All seven bedrooms are located on ground level but they are spread out generously across the property.

This garden bedroom oozes luxury. The bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed, with French doors leading out to the terrace. An internal door connects this room to the second bedroom. The ensuite bathroom is luxuriously spacious and features a shower, dual sinks, a dressing area, and a toilet. And that’s not all! The room is also adjoined by a spa room and an outdoor sanctuary with a hydrotherapy pool. Bliss!

The villa estate is located on the border between Seminyak and Legian, with countless restaurants, boutiques, beach clubs and spas waiting within a short stroll. Lataliana Villas are located just 300 metres from Seminyak Beach, with iconic beach bars like La Plancha and Cocoon within easy reach. A 15-minute walk along the beach will bring you to Ku De Ta and Potato Head, two of Bali’s most famous beach clubs. If you want to pick up some groceries or beverages to enjoy at the villa, Bintang Supermarket is just 10 minutes away on foot. Lataliana Villas are located about 35 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

We booked the 7 room villa at LataLiana for my 70th birthday celebration and had everyone from my family attend including our youngest, 1 year old Azaylia. The villa complex itself is just stunning with 3 Dunstan’s public areas where you can find your own quiet space or meet up at the bar and pool villa. I didn’t spend much time in the theatre and music room against my intention to do so because the pool was so inviting. As lovely as the villa is, that’s not where the magic happens; without doubt it’s the staff. More than you count really from the morning Gardner’s cleaning up each and every itinerant leaf that may have foolishly landed on paving. Then pool cleaner would appear and disappear as though a morning mirage. The the food Gods ( well, it is the island of the Gods after all ) as soon as you set your breakfast time, it’s there and ready for you. During the day just use the WhatsApp for ordering anything you fancy and it appears shortly after. My birthday event was just brilliant with 30 guests treated to the most beautiful food including a suckling pig whilst we were entertained by LataLiana recommended musicians, sound management guy and of course, 3 beautifully talented Balinese dancers. It was our second stay at LataLiana but certainly not our last. Thank you each and every one of the beautiful staff who made my birthday and stay such a memorable celebration

We stayed at Villa La and Villa Li as a team of 9 for 7 days and 6 nights for a work function, and we were extremely happy with the entire experience.
The villas are spacious, clean, and very comfortable — ideal for both work and downtime. The location is excellent, with convenience stores, cafés, massage places, and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
Security was very reassuring, with a 24/7 onsite security guard, and the butler service and wider team were outstanding. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Gede, Ayu, Wulan and the lovely manager lady who I forgot her name, along with the rest of the team.
We ordered breakfast and lunch through the villa, and the team also helped us source stationeries for our meetings, which made running a work session very smooth. When a few team members unfortunately caught Bali belly, the response was quick and caring — the team arranged nurses for medication and drips, regularly checked in on us, and even provided complimentary ginger herbal tea to help with recovery. That level of care really stood out.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely come back and stay with them again, and would highly recommend these villas for both group stays and work retreats.

The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for big groups. It’s ideal for small events and for those who love hanging out by the pool and relaxing in the open living area. Although it’s close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, the villa still feels quiet and private.

The location is 6 stars. Back 70 metres from a quiet street, 5 mins to the beach, 10 mins quiet walk to Bintang supermarket and private location ensures very peaceful and relaxing stay.
The staff are out of this world and thanks to Gede for his safe driving (very nice car), Anissa for her wonderful attention to all of us and Inten for managing and coordination as perfect as could be for our stay (and organising my 50th birthday event).
Top tip: make sure you order an evening bbq with the LataLiana Chef and kitchen team preparing for you. It was so good we had another night during our stay as well.
Rooms, garden, pool and grounds look as good as they do on the website. It truly reflects the accommodation as it is and all of us had great nights sleep in all the different rooms (7 in all) and absolutely no complaints at all! Just saving up now to head back there!!!!

Really provides privacy when you are in your room. The beautiful dining area is next to the pool and allows to host dinners for 10+ people. Furniture, decoration are also top notch. And last, great staff! Really friendly, helpful. Just great service! With its great location, it is without a doubt the best villa I stayed in Bali. Highly recommended!

“Quintessential Luxury Balinese Villa”
Lataliana really is the quintessential luxury Balinese villa. The buildings use locally-sourced material with lovely natural tones, the gardens are so lush it feels like you are staying amidst Bali’s remote forests… yet it is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.
We stayed in the 5-bedroom villa and report only wonderful feedback: every detail is immaculate, the staff were just lovely, the food delicious and spa treatments sublime!
By far my favourite feature however was the electric grand piano. I asked the team how to play the pre-loaded music and we relaxed in the living room with Bach, Mozart and Beethoven in the background.
Heaven should take notes from Lataliana!

I love having the opportunity to stay in our villas. This villa is truely one of the best in Seminyak. It has a fabulous Balinese design with a massive pool and gorgeous Balinese tropical gardens. Great media room with a living room right next to it with a piano and pool table. You can rent all 3 villas to create a 8 bedroom option or just book the 5 bedroom or a 2 bedroom with option of an added 1 bedroom Water Palace. Highly recommend not only the villa but the staff. The staff are all 5-star trained and always have big smiles ready to help you with anything you need during the stay. Book this villa and you will not regret it.

We had a big group: 16 adults and 10 kids/toddlers/babies. We booked the entire compound for 3 nights and we had a great time. The estate is beautiful and the rooms were huge, providing ample space for everyone. The villa was accommodating to our requests for extra beds, baby cuts and high chairs. Everything was liaised through email and arranged prior to our arrival. We orders a BBQ dinner and it was fantastic. The breakfast selection was good and the food really well done. Special mention has to be made about the staff. They catered to our every need and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Some of us are already talking about coming back to Bali and Lataliana.

Our staff of Anak, Eka, Andy and Selvie felt more like extended family and we fell in love with them all.They just added to the beautiful and faultless 5 bedroom villa.The position was great and close to everything.The BBQ dinner was fantastic and when we stayed in for lunch around the pool the menu was extensive and always great. Breakfast was also a highlight and we will all miss our morning chocolate croissants , fruit platters and hot breakfasts made to order. This villa complex is an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Perfectly located along a peaceful street then a hidden laneway it offers all you could ever dream about. Situated just 400 metres from the beach along a shady pathway and a leisurely 15 minute stroll along the beach to Ku De Ta.
Expansive living areas which include 5 bedrooms, a large comfortable lounge and media area are complimented by a wonderful open air style dining area. A magnificent 25 metre pool is perfectly fringed by countless tropical trees and shrubs making it a visual splendour! Couple all this with the most attentive and friendly but unobtrusive staff and you have a highly recommended sanctuary to stay at while in Bali.

“Better than Fabulous place to stay”
I’ve been coming to Bali for several years and LataLiana has topped my most favourite place to stay.
A truly wonderful oasis in the middle of Seminyak. Beautifully put together, lovely gardens, huge rooms, huge cozy beds, big spacious bathroom with a massive rose petal bath, a powerful out door Bali shower, air con, everything you could wish for with all the creature comforts of home.
Best of all are the warm, friendly, completely helpful staff. It was a huge treat for me to be looked after and to be pampered by the spa staff that came to the villa in the middle of a tropical storm ( nothing would stop them). Then the next treat was a scrumptious breakfast, served at any time you want, with a mouth watering menu to choose from. Obviously fresh fruit out here is just the best, home made pastries and and and….you have to try the eggs Benedict. Yum! With Fresh orange juice and coffee is what I recommend.
Then there is the pool…what a way to start your day, I am not much of a swimmer as I don’t like deep pools but this one is just gorgeous, from waist to chest deep, you can swim lengths and just paddle your way up and down admiring the jungle type garden and if you’re lucky have frangipani flowers drop in and float in the pool whilst your swimming! Wow. Quite beautiful. Peaceful and tranquil.
I would recommend you go out and have an adventure in the local area, but when things are this good at LataLiana, you really don’t want to leave and want to experience every corner of the villa. It has a pool table, piano, own tv room, out door dining room where all the delicious meals can be served. Quite frankly, all I can say is, come and stay and just done bother to leave!

“Our Own Beautiful Oasis”
We just came back from an amazing family vacation to Bali! It is so hard to describe how incredible Latalianna is. We stayed in the 2 bedroom and my children thought they were in HEAVEN!!! The pictures are beautiful but to see it in real life is breathtaking. My 10 year old especially loved it because he had the coolest bed in the “kid’s suite”. He said ” I wish we could just live here and never leave”.
I love a vacation that you can have just as much fun staying put as you can out exploring. Night swimming was one of our favorites too. The pool is all lit up and gorgeous. The staff was amazing! A special shout out to Dewa…he is an incredible man and we felt blessed to meet him. We hope to someday return and have him drive us around again :) When we ever return to Bali, Latalianna is the only place we would ever stay!!! Thank you for making our Thanksgiving Holiday such a magical and memorable adventure.

“Absolute Paradise”
Walk through the Balinese wooden door and you enter your own piece of paradise. We spent Christams at the villa with the whole family, it surpassed all expectations. The staff were wonderful friendly and met all our requirements, breakfast was lovely each morning. The villa is very spacious so we were never on top of each other and the decor is beautiful.
