Nivia Living
Nivia is an ultra-modern chalet through and through with sleek architecture perfectly matched by well-chosen designer furniture. The rooms are lined with generous windows, allowing for an endless stream of natural light and snow-covered views.
Living Room
The living room oozes modern charm with its fabulous sunken lounge area. This is the perfect place for getting the whole group together for a movie night, with a generous L-shaped sofa positioned before a flatscreen TV, with Apple TV and Netflix to keep you all entertained. Another highlight of the space is the sleek modern fireplace seamlessly built into the wall.
Dining Room
Separated from the lounge area by a floating staircase, the dining area features a long dining table surrounded by 10 chairs. The dining area is followed by an open-plan kitchen which follows the sleek modern look of the chalet and features all the essentials, including cooktop, an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine for the caffeine lovers.
Nivia Bedrooms
Nivia has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor; the master bedroom with its king bed and a guest bedroom with twin beds. A third bedroom is located on the upper floor and features two sets of bunk beds.

The master bedroom is located on the chalet’s ground floor. This room features two single beds that can be joined to create a king bed, with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower.

Nivia Layout
Nivia is a three-bedroom chalet that’s built over two floors. The ground floor houses the living and dining room along with two bedrooms. The upper floor houses a third bedroom and a tatami room.
Nivia Staff
Your stay is made enjoyable by the professional staff who have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Property Manager
The chalet’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the chalet. The property manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
Our chalets in Japan often have housekeeping 1 – 2 times per week depending on the property. Each chalet will have their own cleaning schedule.
Location
Nivia is located in the popular ski town of Hakuba in Nagano, Japan. The chalet offers a great location just 200 metres (about a two-minute walk) from the Happo One Ski Resort and the Sakka Ski Lifts. The Kokusai Ski Lift and the Adam Gondola are both within a five-minute shuttle bus ride so there’s plenty of options for hitting the slopes. The Hakuba Valley shuttle stop is just one minute away.

The design of this property is really different to everything on the market today. The design of the villa is built around a zen garden in the middle of the villa. It has a bunk room, laundry and bathroom upstairs with tatami media room and downstairs two rooms with epic living and dining room looking over the garden. The high end appliances along with knifes, glassware all make for a very luxurious experience.
