Nyrenstone Residence has a touch of the surreal. While most villas rely on straight angles and clean lines, this property makes a case for soft curves and beautiful arches. The villa is huge in size – yet it blends in with its lush surroundings in a way that feels organic, complementing rather than competing with its tropical surroundings. It should come as little surprise that this standout property was designed by Alexis Dornier, one of the most creative and ambitious architects working in the region.

Living Room

Ah, choices, choices. Nyrenstone Residence has two incredibly appealing lounge areas to choose from – no to mention the ample outdoor living areas. The first living room is surrounded by curved walls and crowned by a dome-like ceiling. A grey modular sofa and a staggered coffee table face floor to ceiling windows looking out to the ocean. The second lounge room takes the curved aesthetic to another level with a circular sunken lounge angled toward a large flatscreen TV. There’s also a small library nook close by, perfect for enjoying some quiet time with a good book.

Dining Room

The dining area is seamlessly integrated into the primary living room, benefitting from those same curved walls and mesmerising views. The dining table can easily seat a group of 10, with the timber table beautifully contrasted by the matte black lamp suspended above it. The adjoining kitchen is both aesthetically pleasing and incredibly functional, with top-of- the-line appliances seamlessly built into the furnishings. The kitchen island can seat four people for no-fuss meals.

Gym

Sneak in a quick workout or complete a full fitness regime at the villa’s fully equipped gym. This impressive, mirrored room features extensive weights and cardio equipment.

Garden & Pool

It’s time to live like 007! Nyrenstone Residence has a fabulous, three-metre-deep pool which was inspired by the iconic James Bond movie Diamonds Are Forever. True to the movie, you can jump straight into the pool from the upper floor. And the fun doesn’t stop there! The villa also has another, 20-metre-long pool complete with a shallow section, with the adjoining jacuzzi set to a blissful 38° Celsius. When you feel like staying on dry land, you can opt for the sun loungers or the sunken lounge – or gather around the outdoor dining table and raise your glass to another day in paradise.

Nyrenstone Residence features four bedrooms. The bedrooms are calm, elegant, and luxurious, mixing natural timber and stone walls with seemingly endless windows. The bedrooms are all located on the same floor, and they all share a few key features: king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and sliding glass doors leading out to a ridiculously scenic wraparound terrace.

Nyrenstone Residence is a private villa located at the Tampah Hills villa estate. This four- bedroom villa is built over three levels. The top floor houses the living and dining room, firepit, jacuzzi, and one swimming pool. The middle floor houses all four bedrooms, the villa’s gym, and second swimming pool. The lower ground floor houses the garage, foyer, and maintenance areas.

Villa Manager

Nyrenstone Residence’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Nyrenstone Residence has 24-hour estate security.
