Twin Villas Estate
Each of the villas has five bedrooms. Three rooms have king-sized beds and one room has two single beds. The fifth bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a single sofa bed. There are three bedrooms of the ground floor and two rooms are located upstairs.
Sleek and sophisticated Twin Villas Natai is a versatile property which can be booked as a 5, 7 or 10-bedroom villa. No matter which option you choose, the setting will be completely private for you and your group. The modern villas are decorated with natural tones and contemporary style, allowing the blissful beachfront views to take centre stage.
Living Room
Each villa features a bright and lofty living room, with glass doors sliding open to views overlooking the pool and out to the beach. The epitome of modern beach house chic, the living rooms come furnished with plush sofas in earthy hues, with a wall-mounted TV offering entertainment. The living room is fully air-conditioned but you can also throw the doors open and allow the room to be ventilated by a natural ocean breeze instead.
Dining Room
Also incorporated to the air-conditioned living room is the villa’s solid wood dining table which can easily seat up to 14 guests. Positioned right next to the glass doors, the dining area offers sublime views of the pool and beach. To the side of the room you’ll find the villa’s fully-equipped guest kitchen, separated from the living and dining areas by a sleek breakfast bar.
Garden & Pool
Both the North and South Villa come with a 12-metre swimming pool covered in vibrant blue tiles, with lawns shared between the two villas stretching towards the golden sands of Natai Beach. The sun deck flanking each pool is dotted with sleek modern sun loungers – the perfect spot for drinking in those beachfront views. Waiting just steps away from the pool, Natai Beach is a gorgeous stretch of golden sand which thanks to little to no mass development you’ll often have all to yourself.

Twin Villas Natai is a pair of mirror-image villas set side by side on Natai Beach. North Villa and South Villa each have five bedrooms, with three bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms housed upstairs. The two villas can be booked individually or together as a 10-bedroom villa or as a 7-bedroom option.

Villa Manager
Twin Villas Natai’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
Location
Twin Villas Natai is located directly on Natai Beach in Phang Nga, Thailand. Natai Beach is one of the best kept secrets in Thailand, with 10 kilometres of golden sand completely void of mass development thanks to local regulations. There are a few restaurants within a short drive from the villas, including Co-Sea and Esenzi. Phang Nga is connected to Phuket island through Sarasin Bridge and the drive from Twin Villas Natai to Phuket International Airport takes about 35 minutes.

I recently hosted a women’s retreat with 15 family members and friends, and we stayed at Twin Villas. I can confidently speak for the entire group when I say we were in paradise. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.
The staff was incredible so warm, genuine, and attentive that they truly felt like family. They laughed with us, sang with us, and even surprised two of our guests with thoughtful birthday gifts. When one of our travelers accidentally left several pieces of clothing in her closet, the villa manager immediately contacted me with a photo, and by the time we reached the airport, the items were already waiting for us.
I could go on and on about our stay at Twin Villas not to mention the chef, whose food I preferred even over Black Ginger. Honestly, I could’ve spent my entire time in Thailand without ever leaving the villa.
This trip restored my peace of mind, and I will definitely be returning.

I hosted a luxury Executive Coaching Corporate retreat here and this was an ideal location. The space with the 2 villas for 12 people was perfect (with 2 sharing). All rooms had their own private bathroom. There was plenty of space with ventless attached and the location next to the beach was perfect. I could not fault the staff with an excellent chef and concierge service who did their very best to order cars and look after us. The service was faultless and I would highly recommend this Villa and the full service for any important event you might have coming up or just a general beautiful retreat.

My husband and I came to Twin Villas Natai to relax after having our first baby in Phuket. I was anxious and struggling with the baby blues, so we decided to do a little vacation to recover, since we didn’t have a babymoon. Best decision ever.
We decided to stay at the family owned TVN, because are able to accommodate a newborn. The location was perfect for what we needed. The villas are located on the mainland just north of Phuket, so we were able to enjoy a quiet and beautiful beach without getting overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. At the same time, we had peace of mind of knowing that we were close enough to Phuket, so we could drive there if needed.
Upon our arrival, the staff set up a cot with a firm mattress for our baby in our bedroom of choice and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entirety of our stay. Some of them have kids of their own so they were great with our baby and gave us a hand and whenever we needed a breather. Thanks to them, we were able to have an uninterrupted meal on the dinner table… which I know is very rare for new parents! They cleaned our bedroom, bathroom and the living room for us daily, and our laundry was done upon request.
The luxurious villa is beautiful, spacious, modern and very well maintained. We had a private pool and garden to ourselves, so I was able to get in some much needed sunlight and bonding time with my baby at the poolside cabana or garden area by the beach. The upstairs bedrooms all come with their own outdoor showers, which was perfect for whenever I felt anxious.
Our meals were prepared for us by the chef, so we never had to worry about meal planning , cooking, and cleaning.
A lot of our stress and overwhelm as new parents was alleviated during our stay, and we are so thankful that we were able to come here. If you plan to give birth in Phuket and need a beautiful place to recover postpartum, I highly recommend TVN. If you’re looking for a holiday villa for multiple families and kids, TVN is also wonderful option.

The beach front, daily sunsets, kid friendly pool…and the breezy setting that encouraged family bonding and moments, just made our holiday and we cannot wait to come back again. We had a fantabulous time at this villa and it fit our requirements so well esp with so many kids amongst us. (10 kids) The villa staff were attentive and were so accommodating with our requests. Taking care of kids was certainly no easy feat as there were constant wet floors, food mess and noise levels!! They took it all in their stride! Jon the villa manager was very friendly and ever ready to support us with bookings, meals, transport and etc. A big shout out to the Chef!! I was super delighted to know that she came from Aleenta as I previously stayed there myself! Kids and adults both throughly enjoyed her bountiful offerings and the extra special requests for different kinds of food for the kids! The whole party was very impressed with the modern architecture yet staying simple and wholesome for families. One feedback was about the pool, we wished it was joined!!! 😊 ooh I do have to commend the staff on staying their grounds regarding sea swimming safety and were always watchful on the kids when they got too near!! Kudos!!!!

Great villas side by side with interconnecting gate that rolls right back creating 10 bedrooms. AJ manages the villa and she is the Australian manager who speaks fluent Thai and previously managed other 5-star villas. The villa is fantastic for families and they really go the extra mile for guests. They even created a cool beach picnic for us and normally do this for each guest at least once during their stay. I love the design, the beachfront location, the staff and everything about the villa. I think for those wanting a big villa with equal size rooms, amazing staff then look no further. The chef is also amazing creating a Thai dinner served family style for us. If you want to visit Thailand yet be able to drive to Patong or other hot spots then this is a fabulous base. Highly recommend the villa.
