VILLA AWASI

Perched high above the fray, Villa Awasi is literally on another level – yet remains deeply rooted in its Lombok’s surroundings. Designed by Caceres + Tous, the villa’s silhouette is strikingly modern, yet the property feels very grounded and earthy. This is in large part thanks to the materials: the dark timber and natural stone have both been sourced locally. Though Villa Awasi is undeniably luxurious (just look at those million-dollar views!), it also feels like a warm home-from-home – and that is a rare feat indeed.

Living Room

The living room is pretty hard to resist. It’s graced by the most comfortable sofas and opens to the most incredible views overlooking the island and out to the endless blue ocean. This space is perfect for hanging out with your crew – when you’re not busy lounging around the pool or chilling out in the TV room that is.

Dining Room

The dining room is a beautiful glass-encased extension of the living room. The space features a round dining table illuminated by a gorgeous sculpted lamp and of course, it’s graced by the villa’s signature sea views. The villa’s fully fitted kitchen is tucked to the back of the living room, its dark wood panelling blending seamlessly with the elegant decor. Another option is to dine outside by the pool where an eight-seater dining table is flanked by a top-of-the-line barbecue.

Media Room

Offering the perfect chill-out zone amid the tropics, the media room features an over-sized sofa and a large smart TV. There’s even a work desk in case you need to break out the laptop. If you’re travelling with a bigger group, this room can also be converted into an extra bedroom.

Garden & Pool

Surrounded by tropical greenery and amazing ocean views, the villa’s light stone terrace has everything you need for having a good time in the tropics. The centre piece is a 20-metre-long infinity pool which also includes a shallow section for the littles. Naturally, the pool is lined by a generous array of lounge chairs and sun beds, with a sunken lounge offering the perfect setup for sunset cocktails. Add to this the outdoor dining area and adjoining barbecue and you really have yourself a party! Oh, and the villa also has a private boules court hidden amid the greenery.

Villa Awasi features three bedrooms. The rooms are incredibly elegant with plush furnishings, luxe textiles, and sublime ocean views. All three rooms feature king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. If you’re travelling with a larger group, the TV room can be converted into a fourth bedroom.

Villa Awasi is a private villa located at the Tampah Hills villa estate. This is a three-bedroom villa which spans two floors. The main floor houses the living and dining areas, swimming pool, two bedrooms, and a TV room. The upper floor houses one bedroom, foyer, and the villa’s entrance.

Your stay in Villa Awasi is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Awasi’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Indonesian hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Awasi’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate. Villa Awasi has 24-hour estate security.
