Villa De Suma Living
The spacious living and dining pavilions celebrate tropical living. Framed by the swimming pool, garden, fish ponds and a lovely sun deck, guests will enjoy the cool Balinese breeze complemented by ceiling fans. Black ironwood pillars recycled from old electricity poles, railway bridges and sleepers add an interesting artistic touch while supporting the red-tiled roof adorned by elegant glass lanterns.
Living Room
The living area has upholstered daybeds, a comfortable and deeply cushioned sofa and a pair of red lacquered tables for a pop of color. It also has a satellite TV, DVD player and a Bose music system.
Dining Room
The dining area is equally furnished tastefully with a dining table that is good for ten guests set on a colorful Persian rug. The property features a 15-metre swimming pool, lush gardens and relaxing fish ponds.
Garden & Pool
Surrounded by high walls, the garden is dominated by a beautiful 14-metre swimming pool, which is bordered by a wide ironwood sundeck, and flanked by two ancient frangipani trees, fish ponds, a water feature, and a small patch of lawn. A precious feature is the back wall, which is covered in a blaze of green vertical plants – staghorn ferns, elephant ear taro, cascading vines, parlour palms, trees and tropical shrubs.
Villa De Suma Bedrooms
Villa De Suma has four bedrooms, all furnished with a king-sized bed – two of these can be converted into twins if needed. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two rooms are housed upstairs.

Your stay in Villa De Suma is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa De Suma’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa De Suma’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Villa De Suma is located in a sophisticated neighbourhood of Seminyak. Just 12 kilometres away from the Ngurah Rai international airport. The villa is conveniently close to the famous Seminyak beach known for world-class surf breaks and glorious sunsets. Seminyak is famous for it’s high-end shops and world-class restaurants. The beach is a 4 minute walk, literally across the main road and you are there.

We’ve been to Bali many times, and Villa de Suma is by far the most wonderful place we have stayed. With 4 large master suites, our family all had perfect sanctuaries. Then, the 14/15 meter central pool brought us all together for endless days of swimming and relaxing, with just the right amounts of sun and shade all day.
The breakfast was just lovely, divine pastries and all the best fruit. The team were also happy to cook extra foods for breakfast on request, book transport, do shopping, mix drinks and make us feel safe and looked after. The staff were so helpful, kind and attentive – there when we needed something, but always happy to give us our own space as well. The Ministry of Villas booking team were equally helpful and responsive to all our needs and I’m very grateful to them.
The location was perfect for us, 5 minutes walk from Seminyak Square, less than 10 minutes walk from Ku de Ta and the beach, and round the corner from Motel Mexicola – close to everything, but not in the middle of it.
It’s the only place I want to stay next time we’re in Bali, we can’t wait to come back to Villa de Suma.

What a wonderful villa! The team were fantastic and the location is unbeatable. The villa is very secure and private and all the great spots in Seminyak are easily accessible on foot. The villa itself is very clean and comfortable with a large pool and lots of areas for people to relax and enjoy their holiday. The villa team made our stay so enjoyable and nothing was too much for them. We felt very pampered and looked after. We also loved meeting Stanley the turtle who was quite the character and captured our hearts. We didn’t want to leave, but will definitely be back.

So simple, yet very, very clever – all four bedrooms are identical in size, just differ in design. De Suma is fantastic for groups of friends who want proximity to the action (beach, shops, restaurants virtually on the doorstep) and a lovely villa to relax together away from the crowds.

The villa is incredible and the photos do not do it justice. We walked in and greeted by the warm Balinese hospitality, shown to the rooms which are all equal size. Wulan is wonderful and nothing is too much for her and the team. Easy access to Seminyak’s best restaurants, the beach and spas!!

What can we say… truly awesome. Villa De Suma is a beautiful, tranquil place. From the moment we were met by Wulan and her team with Frangipani garlands and a beautifully refreshing welcome drink and cold towel, we knew we were in for a great. Wulan and team had dressed the villa with elegant Happy Birthday banners for our friends special weekend. The villa staff were outstanding from the word go. We really didn’t want to leave. The whole process with Ministry of Villas from Kim through to Ari and Reevo (any many others who picked up my emails) had been a breeze. Always on hand even with the time difference from Australia. Their prompt responses and amazing organisation made our stay even more relaxing.

We stayed at Villa de Suma Seminyak and was amazed and overwelmed by the high standard of service, the villa ambiance and the attention to details in all aspect. The location cannot get any better… Laksmana complex is the most sophisticated complex in Bali. Price wise was very reasonable as we were 8 of us in a 4 bedrooms. I would happily recomend Villa de Suma for your Bali home.
