Villa Hibiscus Living
Villa Hibiscus has the look and feel of a classic Thai abode thanks to its timeless architecture and picture perfect locale right on the water’s edge. The villa is divided into two pavilions framed by tropical gardens, a private pool and the beach – what more could you ask for?
Living Room
The living and dining room is housed in a pavilion which looks out to the ocean through glass doors. Leave the doors open to enjoy tropical alfresco living or close them when you need a break from the elements. The room can be cooled with ceiling fans or with air-conditioning. The room features two cream coloured sofas positioned before a TV with satellite channels and a Netflix subscription.
Dining Room
Located in the same open-plan space with the living room, the villa has a 10-seater dining table framed by views looking out to the beach. To the side of the same pavilion, you’ll find the villa’s well-equipped kitchen. For the best views imaginable, guests can also dine out on the terrace looking out to the ocean.
Garden & Pool
True to its name, Villa Hibiscus is hugged by lush tropical gardens with an L-shaped swimming pool offering refreshing respite from the tropical weather. A generous deck wraps around the villa, with a few easy steps taking you straight to the beach. It doesn’t get much better than this!
Villa Hibiscus Bedrooms
Villa Hibiscus has four bedrooms. Two rooms have king-sized beds and two rooms have two single beds each. The two king bedrooms are located closest to the beach while the two twin rooms are located side by side to the back of the property.

Villa Hibiscus Layout
The four-bedroom villa features lush gardens, generous outdoor living areas and a sparkling L-shaped swimming pool. Closest to the pool is a Thai style pavilion housing the living and dining areas. The four bedrooms are housed in a single line, with one bedroom overlooking the beach. Two of the bedrooms come with a king bed and two feature twin beds.

Your stay in Villa Hibiscus is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Hibiscus’ staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Hibiscus’ experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
Miskawaan Villas’ skilled Thai chefs will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favourites off their in-villa menu. Breakfast is complimentary every morning until 10:30am. An extensive villa dining menu is provided for guests to use in ordering meals, which is based on set pricing. We prepare the majority of the meals in your villa kitchen. Additionally, if you request other items not on the menu your villa chef would be happy to source them for you and price the items relatively the same as the in-villa dining menu.

Villa Hibiscus is part of the Miskawaan Villas estate which has 24-hour security guards.
Location
Villa Hibiscus is located directly on the beach in Maenam, Koh Samui. The villa offers direct access to a blissful stretch of sands framed by the gently lapping waves of the Andaman Sea. There are a few relaxed restaurants close by – either strolling down the sand or within a short drive – and you’ll find even more options in neighbouring Bophut.

Amazing family holiday with true Thai hospitality
Beautifull location right on the beach made it felt very private. We stayed with 7 adults and 5 kids and Khun Da and her team did an amazing job and took superb care of us during our stay. True Thai hospitality and nothing was too much to ask. She went all the way to get things done or organized. Excellent breakfast choices freshly cooked every morning by in-house chef and team. Rooms are clean, very comfortable beds, nice outdoor area and a huge pool which was great for all the kids to play in every day or spend some time on the beach and in the sea. We stayed at Villa Hibiscus at Miskawaan Beachfront Villas in October 2025 – and it was nothing short of perfection!
The villa is absolutely stunning – luxurious, spotless, and beautifully designed down to the very last detail.
Everything was immaculate and perfectly maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything imaginable – from napkins and straws to spices and top-quality utensils. The four suites were spacious and indulgent, the living area elegant and comfortable, and the large private pool with warm water was simply amazing. The villa opens directly onto a breathtaking, quiet beach – a slice of paradise where time seems to stand still. The sunsets over the water were unforgettable.
And above all – PU, the villa manager, is truly the heart and soul of the place. She is warm, kind, thoughtful, and exceptionally professional. PU took care of absolutely everything – often before we even asked – and always with a genuine smile, endless patience, and a wonderful positive spirit. She made us feel completely at home, went above and beyond in every way, and turned our stay into something truly special. We also loved our conversations with her – she’s an amazing person with such a big heart.
The housekeeping and cooking staff were also outstanding – attentive, polite, and meticulous, making every meal and every moment feel effortless and perfect.
There’s no doubt about it – we will definitely be coming back!

Honeymoon never to forget
Myself and my husband had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon at Villa Hibiscus. Our villa manager Pu , Chef Fah and House Keeper Dum couldn’t do enough for us. They were absolutely fantastic I can’t speak highly enough of them. The Villa itself was out of this world, so beautiful and elegant situated on the beach front was spectacular. It was amazing having our own private pool we didn’t want to leave it. Breakfast was incredible with such a variety of choice. Dinner was gorgeous. Fah was an incredible chef . 10/10 for the food.
Pu you made this trip so special for us you were so attentive and gave us lots of information on the area. This was a holiday of a lifetime. Thank you for making it so special. The villas were amazing ,excellent facilities and a 10 minute drive to Fisherman Village but also lots of amenities in the surrounding area.
we hope one day to make a return visit. Again thanks a million we will be talking about this holiday for years to come.

I have stayed in numerous beach villas around the South Pacific and S.E. Asia but my recent stay at this villa is Luxury Beachfront Villas would have to top the list.||||As soon as we arrived I felt as if I was in a very comfortable homely private space of luxury and service. The layout of the villa enabled enough privacy without being too secluded. The rooms are large and finished with dark wooden flooring and icy cold air conditioning. Each villa had a well planned and spacious bathroom that was very well lit, with marble finish. The wife or girlfriend will be very happy. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable and the internet was fast.||||Our swimming pool was set under two beautiful Frangipani trees which made for a fantastic sight whilst swimming in the afternoon. The location which takes full advantage of the setting sun is one of the many qualities that these villas have going for it.||||There is a spacious alfresco bar dinning area that is close to the beach so you can enjoy those cocktails as the sun goes down….amazing.||||There are too numerous small finishes to mention however when you see them you will appreciate the time and effort that has been put in to make this place what it is.||||The service by all all the staff was very professional with tips and suggestions as to how to make our day trip arrangements flow as smoothly as possible.||||The food was was exceptionally fresh quality and sourced daily and prepared on site. The staff made us feel exceptionally welcome with nothing being too much trouble.||||I cannot fault this place…i really hope you have as great as an experience as I had.
