Miskawaan Villas Estate
Combining all the advantages of a resort with the privacy that comes with family-sized villas, Miskawaan Villas’ are perfectly suited to hosting multi-generational families, destination weddings and special events as the villa’s combined total of 48 bedrooms can accommodate up to 112 guests.
Each villa includes a private butler and chef, who serve complimentary breakfast and look after guests’ needs. Also included in the rate are round-trip airport transfers and family entertainment comprising a pop-up outdoor cinema, kids’ toys, kayaks, pool games, beach volleyball, water polo and badminton – all available on request. Optional additions include in-villa dining and massage, wellness activities, nanny service, and vehicle hire with a personal driver.

Villa Acacia is a four-bedroom villa covering 1,465m² of land and offering 22 metres of beachfront. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool framed by palm trees and blissful outdoor areas perfect for relaxing. Living and dining areas are housed in one pavilion, while the bedrooms occupy three pavilions – two king-bedded rooms are housed in their own pavilions while two twin rooms are located side-by-side in the same pavilion.

Villa Bougainvillea is a four-bedroom villa with 735m² grounds and 14 metres of absolute beachfront. The villa has a spacious swimming pool framed by gardens and a beautiful shaded sala. The living and dining areas are housed in a pavilion closest to the pool, while the four bedrooms are tucked to the back of the garden. Three bedrooms (two with king beds, one with twins) are housed in the same pavilion, while the fourth king-bedded room occupies its own pavilion.

Miskawaan Villas Layout
Miskawaan Villas is home to nine beachfront villas, each with their own swimming pool and direct beach access. Located on a quiet 42-metre stretch of beach 700 metres from the main Miskawaan Villas estate, Villa Wayu and Villa Sila (not shown on estate plan below) can be combined to accommodate a total of 28 adults and 6 children, making them ideal for large families, groups, events, weddings and corporate functions. Key features include one children’s rooms with bunk beds, a gym, sauna and conference room.

Your stay at Miskawaan Villas is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Miskawaan Villas’ staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Miskawaan Villas’ experienced and knowledgeable managers are responsible for the overall operation of the villas. A villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
Miskawaan Villas’ skilled Thai chefs will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favourites off their in-villa menu. Breakfast is complimentary every morning until 10:30am. An extensive villa dining menu is provided for guests to use in ordering meals, which is based on set pricing. We prepare the majority of the meals in your villa kitchen. Additionally, if you request other items not on the menu your villa chef would be happy to source them for you and price the items relatively the same as the in-villa dining menu.

Miskawaan Villas is located on Maenam Beach on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand. Each of the villas offers direct access to the blissful stretch of sand which offers the ideal setting for some fun in the sun with the family. There is are some good dining options close by and even more available in neighbouring Bophut.

A Wonderful Stay
My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miskawaan Villas.
The interior and exterior aesthetics were simply stunning, the highlight for us, being the L-shaped swimming pool that was just so good to dip into each afternoon. The villas keep the luxury vibes strong, with a clean and airy feel throughout the property.
The ladies, particularly P’ Rung who were at hand to assist us, kept the property spotless throughout the stay and were a delight to communicate with. The food was first class, we dined within the villa each morning and evening, we miss the breakfast already!
Our villa, named Waterlily kept a secluded feel, yet it’s within striking distance to the chic cafes and restaurants of Maenam and Bophut Fisherman’s Village… perfectly situated.
We particularly enjoyed the easy beach access, as the villa was right on the beach, and the outdoor dining areas, for cocktails of an evening.
Thank you once again for a memorable stay, we look forward to returning very soon

Had an amazing stay at Villa Bougainvillea & Villa Acacia. Family Christmas & New Year trip with 15 family ranging from 14-87 years old. Absolutely fabulous. The Villas are very luxurious and the staff are incredible. So professional, reliable and friendly. Nothing is too much for them, whatever your requests from lunches/dinners/BBQs, boat trips, elephant sanctuary, golf days and even organised a spectacular firework display for one of our family members birthday. An amazing place to spend Christmas and New Year and our Christmas day dinner was out of this world, very traditional, they really had gone out of their way to make it very special. The beach is right in front of the villas & sunny all day long. Koh Samui is fabulous, cannot recommend staying here highly enough, and on this island you will have a truly amazing holiday.

Literally perfect long weekend
Seven of us stayed in Villa Hibiscus. It was stunning, as usual. Incredible staff to look after us, divine food every day, beautiful place to be, right on the beach. Literally perfect. First class in every way!
We have recently returned from a 14 night stay at Miskawaan. We had the first 7 nights at Villa Lotus where we had previously stayed 7 years ago. Everything was just as good as we remembered. We cannot speak highly enough of the villa, the garden space, the huge beach frontage and most of all the lovely staff who are the reason we will keep going back.
We were joined by more family for the second week and so moved to Villa Sila which was plenty big enough for 15 adults. Again our experience was just fantastic. There is nothing that we would change about our stay except to make it longer.
Our villa manager, Lily, was exceptional. She could not have been more helpful or friendly. In our second week Lily was joined by another manage,Phuy, who also went the extra mile to ensure the service was outstanding. Our every need was anticipated and delivered very discreetly by Da, Bo, Earn and June. The girls respected our privacy but also were willing to do whatever they could to ensure we had a fantastic holiday.
We ate many times in both villas because the food cooked by Nok and Anne was simply first class.
What sets Miskawaan apart from it’s competitors is that you are made to feel that their aim is more about customer service and satisfaction than about making money.

Simply Stunning
My self and my extended family visited Miskawaan in February 19 and we could not recommend it any higher.
We stayed for 2 weeks in Villas Lotus and Sila. Both were immaculately presented , with unrivalled direct beach access and had amazing rooms and en-suite facilities. The villas are fully catered and Lilly and her team looked after us did brilliantly and nothing was too much trouble .
We ate in at the Villas as well as going out to very good local restaurants, in nearby Bophut, but you won’t get better quality authentic Thai food than that cooked by our Chef – a lady called Nok- it was amazing especially given she was cooking for upto 15 people !
The whole Miskawaan team from those dealing with the reservation to those who looked after us at the Villas were 1st class
This was our second visit to Miskawaan and they made us feel more
like returning friends not just paying customers.

5day 4night stay at the Miskawaan Bougainvillea with the family (1 child 4 years, 1 baby 4months)
Wonderful place, great staff. The professional chef was great, we didn’t want to eat outside. Was catered for everything we needed. Extra activities that the wife took part in; yoga and message. A quick into town and they were able to provide a baby car seat and booster seat.
4year old loved the access to the beach and the swimming pool. Great place for families, extended families or just a group of friends; as plenty of space to use whilst still having your privacy.
Home away from home. Little hassle and great place to visit.
