Named after Kaimu Beach in Hawaii, this property captures the magic and beauty of the Big Island. The artworks and colour choices give subtle nods to the black sand beach it was named after, while the endless windows and generous balconies offer constant reminders of your Sri Lankan surroundings. To have your private pool positioned right on the sand feels downright decadent.

Living Room

The living room is a light and luminous space framed by full wall windows looking out to the beach. The lounge area benefits from two plush white sofas and matching armchairs, with evocative art and beautiful design pieces adding grace and elegance.

Dining Room

It’s hard to say which is more appealing: dining in the villa’s beautifully styled living room while gazing out to the ocean or enjoying your meals out on the terrace while a fresh sea breeze plays in your hair. Both settings are ideal for enjoying gourmet meals prepared by the villa’s culinary team.

Garden & Pool

At Villa Kaimu, you have the vast expanse of the Indian Ocean waiting in your backyard. The villa’s private pool lets you drink in the views in style, with a thatched room cabana offering an appealing place in the shade. From the pool, you only need to take a few easy steps in the sand to reach the salty waves of the ocean. Bliss!

Villa Kaimu features four bedrooms all furnished with king-sized beds. The rooms have a luxe décor reminiscent of swanky hotel suites, complete with opulent textiles, ample seats and cushions, and gleaming ensuites. The bedrooms are spread over two floors with two on the ground floor and two upstairs.

Villa Kaimu is a private four-bedroom villa located at The Six villa estate. The villa spans two floors. The ground floor houses the living and dining areas and two bedrooms. The living room opens to a terrace framed by a private pool which is followed by direct beach access. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms.

Your stay in Villa Kaimu is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Kaimu’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Sri Lankan hospitality.

Villa Manager

Villa Kaimu’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand daily to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
