Villa Kastil Utara Living
Villa Kastil Utara is a triumph of organic architecture. Designed by Caceres + Tous, the villa is spectacularly spacious and features two jaw dropping pools – yet it blends with its lush green surroundings seamlessly. Natural elements are beautifully present throughout the villa, from the tree gracing the foyer to the boulders framing the bedrooms. From its near-hidden vantage point, the villa offers spellbinding views of the tropical island, its two beautiful pools seemingly blending with the Indian Ocean itself.
Living Room
The main living room is a spectacular space dominated by a massive built-in sofa and floor to ceiling views of the villa’s incredible central pool. The décor focuses on calm shades of sand, grey, and black, allowing those striking tropical views to really shine. For a change of scenery, you can also hang out in the lounge room positioned in the east wing of the villa. Here, a cream hued sofa offers ample seats, with those same mesmerising views captivating your attention.
Dining Room
Organically joining the living room, the main dining room is a grand space dominated by a long timber table which can seat 12. The dining area is framed by full wall views of the infinity pool and the ocean stretching out beyond it. A stunning marble island separates the dining area from a fully equipped kitchen. True to the villa’s stature, there is another kitchen in the east wing, complete with an eight-seater dining table.
Garden & Pool
This villa is all about showmanship, featuring not just one but two jaw dropping swimming pools. The most eye-catching option is the central pool which juts out from the main living areas – as you swim out towards the ocean, it feels like the horizon is close enough to touch. The second pool hugs the east wing, offering even more opportunity to swim amidst those spectacular views. Each pool comes with a shallow section so kids can enjoy the waters safely. There are ample decks and terrace areas dotted throughout so you can enjoy the surrounding beauty while staying on dry land too.
Villa Kastil Utara Bedrooms
Villa Kastil Utara features seven bedrooms. The bedrooms are divided into two wings: four rooms occupy the west wing, and three rooms are positioned in the east wing. The rooms are calm and elegant, relying on natural colours and materials. Six rooms feature king-sized beds, and one room features two sets of bunks, making it ideal for kids or teens. All rooms are adjoined by ensuite bathrooms.

This is one of four bedrooms located in the west wing. Offering ample space, the room features a king-sized bed, lounge seating, work desk, and a walk-in wardrobe. A beautiful sea view terrace complements the room. The ensuite bathroom is absolutely spectacular with lush tropical views (and shutters when you want extra privacy), built-in bathtub, rain shower, vanity, and a separate toilet.

Villa Kastil Utara is a private villa located at the Tampah Hills villa estate. This linear villa is divided into two wings, with the living and dining areas positioned at the centre. The west wing houses four bedrooms and the east wing features three bedrooms, including a bunk room for the kids. The villa features two large lap pools with generous shallow sections for the littles.

Villa Manager
Villa Kastil Utara’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
