Villa Siki Living
Villa Siki is a seamless fusion of Balinese charm and contemporary luxury. The architecture is stunning, the interiors are beautiful, and the gardens are lush and green. Put together, this creates a harmonious air that delights the senses. There is an incredible attention to detail throughout. You can feel it in the rich materials and see it in the beautifully curated art that adorns the rooms. This really is modern Balinese living at its finest.
Living Room
The living room is an elegant space crowned with a high ceiling and lined with full wall windows looking out to the pool and garden. The room features ample white sofas and unique works of art lining the walls. You can also lounge about in the open plan living area on the other side of the pool or enjoy a movie night in the villa’s cosy TV room.
Dining Room
The living room also houses the villa’s long timber dining table, allowing guests to dine in air-conditioned comfort. The kitchen is close by yet separate from the dining area, allowing guests to fully enjoy their meal and each other while the staff works in the kitchen.
Spa
Bali is home to amazing spa therapists. Villa Siki’s spa room lets you indulge in their skills without even leaving the villa. The spa has a tropical indoor/outdoor layout and features a massage table and a solid coconut bathtub. Gentle sounds of flowing water surround this relaxing cocoon.
Garden & Pool
The gardens capture the tropical feel of Bali perfectly. A dazzling swimming pool sits at the centre of the property, surrounded by a sun deck and palm trees swaying in the breeze. There are ample sun beds and parasols arranged around the pool, and even a bijou dining table where you can enjoy snacks and drinks while gazing over your kingdom.

Villa Siki features three bedrooms. The rooms come with beautiful Balinese flair, featuring classic furniture, a natural colour scheme, and rich batik textiles. All rooms feature flatscreen TVs and ensuite bathrooms.

The first bedroom is located in the main house, next to the living room. The room features a king-sized four-poster bed and a flatscreen TV, with windows looking out to the lush green gardens. A walk-through wardrobe leads to an ensuite bathroom that’s fitted with a bathtub, shower, vanity, and a toilet.

Villa Siki Layout
Villa Siki is a three-bedroom villa that’s divided into two pavilions. The main building houses the living room, kitchen, and one bedroom. The second pavilion houses a lounge area, TV room, two bedrooms, and a spa room. The two pavilions are separated by a large swimming pool. For larger groups, Villa Siki can be booked in conjunction with Villa Kalih to create a five-bedroom estate.
Villa Siki Staff
Your stay in Villa Siki is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Siki’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Siki’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Seminyak is home to fabulous restaurants, trendy boutiques, relaxing spas, and popular beach clubs, all within easy reach of the villa. Villa Siki is tucked in a peaceful cul-de-sac neighboured by other villas, offering a tranquil setting within easy reach of the action. Ku De Ta beach and Seminyak Square are both about a 10-minute walk from the villa.

Villa Samuan is a slice of heaven. We have just spent 6 very restful and enjoyable days and nights there. The buildings and gardens and pool are beautiful. The service is excellent: pleasant, attentive, friendly, and efficient. And the villa’s location is quiet but also close to restaurants and shops. A great place.

Luxury Private Paradise In The Middle Of Seminyak
This villa was amazing! It was luxury all the way. Beautiful huge villa, clean, fabulous to have such amazing interesting art and sculptures around. The staff were lovely, they make the best coffee I’ve ever had in Bali, and the chef there was outstanding, the yummiest sate tofu I’ve eaten. It was private, quiet but in the heart of Seminyak to easy to get out shopping. Pool was clean and a great temperature. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful lighting throughout the villa, bed lights and lamps. TV in each room although I didn’t watch it they were available if I wanted to. Plenty of books and magazines and travel guides about Bali. The bathroom was huge, great water pressure, beautiful soaps. I cannot rave on more about how great this villa is. I would most definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again. Thank you!

Truly Magnificent Villa in Seminyak
We recently stayed at Villa Samuan, and it was easily the best villa we have ever stayed in Bali. From the moment we arrived, the villa felt completely private, a cool oasis tucked away behind lush gardens.
The design is incredible and blends modern comfort with Balinese charm, creating a space that feels luxurious without being over the top. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the living areas are stylish and comfortable. Everything is air-conditioned, which was a welcome relief from Bali’s humidity if we needed it.
What really made the stay special though were the staff. Komang and his team were warm and always ready to help, whether it was picking us up from the airport with the villa’s private shuttle, preparing breakfast, organising a driver, or arranging a massage at the villa. The in-house chef was fantastic – every meal was fresh, nicely presented, and packed with flavour.
The location is ideal. It’s an easy walk to Seminyak’s best restaurants, shops, and beaches, but tucked away just enough to feel really peaceful. It was easy to explore on foot without the need to get a taxi every time you felt like going out.
The pools were incredible, perfect for an early morning swim or cooling off in the afternoon with a cocktail or two in hand. We also loved the way the indoor and outdoor spaces blended together, letting us enjoy the open air while being able to find a private space away from our group and just spend a couple of hours reading.
We will definitely return to Villa Samuan. It’s beautifully maintained, well-run, and a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommended.

Perfection
What a truly sublime villa.
Some of us were new to Bali, some of us had been many times. None of us were ready for the delicate, relaxed luxury of Villa Samuan. No request was ignored, no request too difficult to accomplish all the staff were kind, discreet, and at all times friendly.
The venue is beautiful, clean, and in the best location- just moments from seminyak square, the beach, and good shipping.
It’s not cheap, but the best things in life never are. We have already booked to come back. You’ll want to do the same.

Heaven on earth
Quite often I sit in places and consider how lucky I am to be there. This visit to Villa Samuan made me consider how blessed I am. The Villa is luxury plus from the warm; genuine welcome delivered by the property’s staff to the most tastefully, yet homely decoration of the place. Some of the artwork around the Villa is amazing.
Two pools, five wonderfully appointed bedrooms and many little nooks in which to ‘just be’. I was lucky enough to stay in the master suite – massive room with super-king bed; dressing room; bathroom and shower room.
The staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast every day served fresh, hot and with the widest smiles that the Balinese are famous for. The coffee is without doubt some of the best I have ever tasted in the 67 countries that I’ve been lucky enough to visit; it is superb. You haven’t had a flat white until you have had one here!
As the famous sports brand says – Just Do It! You will not be disappointed.
