Villa Sila Living
Living Room
Holiday relaxation is about wide open spaces, and the extensive central living room may end up being where you spend a lot of your time. Wall-mounted flat-screen TV, comfy sofas, there is the perfect combination of homely-feel and luxury setting.
Dining Room
The dining area has a magnificent Thai wood dining table for 14 and a fully-fitted Western kitchen with access to the large Thai kitchen where the chefs will prepare your meals. Family time and animated conversation while relishing over delicious dinners will be the everyday norm.

For those wanting to indulge in a movie (or maybe if you really must do some office work), the villa is equipped with a separate multi-media room.

Garden & Pool
In front of the Master Suite is the 15 metre by 5 metre private swimming pool, filled with mineralized treated water, and sits above the golden sands of Mae Nam beach. The extensive front lawn, pool and patio area is elevated high enough over the 19.3 metre beach front to give you magnificent views without allowing passers-by to look in. An ornate covered sala by the pool has a dining area for 14 with the latest outdoor barbecue equipment, a bar fridge and surround sound speakers.
Villa Sila Bedrooms
Villa Sila is a seven-bedroom villa. The master bedroom takes pride of place closest to the beach and features a king-sized bed. Of the six guest bedrooms, four have king beds and two have two single beds each. The twin bedrooms interconnect with two of the king bedrooms, making them ideal for families. The villa also comes with an extra bunk room with three beds sleeping six kids. If you wish to have adults sleep in the bunk room extra charges apply.

Villa Sila Layout
A private swimming pool fronts the beach, followed by multiple pavilions housing generous living and dining areas and seven bedrooms. Five bedrooms have king beds while two rooms have twin beds. The twin rooms interconnect with two king rooms, making them ideal for families. The villa also comes with an extra bunk room with three beds sleeping six kids.

Your stay in Villa Sila is made enjoyable by the professional staff. Villa Sila’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa Sila’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Chef
Miskawaan Villas’ skilled Thai chefs will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favourites off their in-villa menu. Breakfast is complimentary every morning until 10:30am. An extensive villa dining menu is provided for guests to use in ordering meals, which is based on set pricing. We prepare the majority of the meals in your villa kitchen. Additionally, if you request other items not on the menu your villa chef would be happy to source them for you and price the items relatively the same as the in-villa dining menu.

We had a great break at Villa Sila in July. The booking process through Ministry of Villas was smooth and efficient, and where we had a request -such as installing a temporary fence around the pool for a young child – they were all accommodated. The villa is as beautiful as the images, right on the beach, looking across to Koh Phangan. The beach is safe. There are rocks in the water directly opposite the property, but swimming is easy 50 metres along. The pool is fabulous, with a shallow end perfect for children. But the standout feature is the quality of the welcome and care from the staff. During our stay, the house manager Goon and her a team responded to every request we made, from organising travel to the menu for dinner to the excellent breakfasts, with genuine warmth and desire to host us as guests. The team keep the property spotless, discreetly clearing up when we were outside, and Goon was a great source of ideas for visits at Mae Nam and beyond. A great stay made possible by a great team!

A two week stay in Villa Sila at The Residences Miskawaan exceeded all our expectations. I cannot put into words how perfect this place is. The best place in the world to relax and unwind and leave your cares behind.
Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff, especially Lily and Tai our beautiful villa managers. No need to eat anywhere else as the best food on the island is prepared by the in house chefs. Don’t look anywhere else! We will be back.

Our experience at the Miskawaan villas was exceptional! To start off, all the villas are beautiful and the fact that they are all beachfront makes it so special. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and grounds were well kept. Most importantly, the staff was just amazing. We were treated with love and care and our requests were always supported. Khun Jaa was extremely responsive and approachable and she made special accommodations for us for all our requests – she checked in with us prior to our arrival and also while we stayed there. Khun Kung and Khun Tai, our Villa caretakers, were thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable at all times. We loved them and so did our little kids. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Misakwaan if you plan to visit Samui.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miskawaan Villas. The interior and exterior aesthetics were simply stunning, the highlight for us, being the L-shaped swimming pool that was just so good to dip into each afternoon. The villas keep the luxury vibes strong, with a clean and airy feel throughout the property. The ladies, particularly P’ Rung who were at hand to assist us, kept the property spotless throughout the stay and were a delight to communicate with. The food was first class, we dined within the villa each morning and evening, we miss the breakfast already! Our villa, named Waterlily kept a secluded feel, yet it’s within striking distance to the chic cafes and restaurants of Maenam and Bophut Fisherman’s Village… perfectly situated. We particularly enjoyed the easy beach access, as the villa was right on the beach, and the outdoor dining areas, for cocktails of an evening. Thank you once again for a memorable stay, we look forward to returning very soon.

Miskawaan is a world class luxury villa with exceptional staff, guest relations and food/beverage. The Sila villa is beautifully appointed with every modern and stylish touch incorporated. The food is the best Thai on Koh Samui so we didn’t need to leave the villa for anything. The pool, gym, beach access, gardens and indoor/outdoor facilities make it ideal for a late group whether that be friends, business or family holidays. We had many kids of varying ages and they all loved it while the space of huge villa gave the adults lots of quiet areas. We highly recommend Miskawaan.
