Villa Tiga Puluh has an open-plan living and dining pavilion furnished with generous sofas and beautifully curated Indonesian art and textiles. To the side of the living room is a separate air-conditioned TV room.

Located in the same open-sided pavilion is Villa Tiga Puluh’s generous dining table which can seat up to 16 guests. Villa Tiga Puluh includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and a bar area.

Villa Tiga Puluh boasts gorgeous outdoor areas focused around the villa’s 20-metre swimming pool. At one end of the pool is a beautiful shaded bale which offers a great backdrop for photos. Location
Villa Tiga Puluh is in Seminyak, Bali. The villa offers a great location in the heart of the action, but tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac away from street noise. The villa sits in a side street of Jalan Drupadi, which is home to great restaurants like Kilo and Zibiru. Within a 10-minute walk awaits Seminyak’s famous Eat Street, which offers an endless selection of world-class dining, shopping and night life. Ku De Ta beach club is about 20 minutes away on foot. Villa Tiga Puluh is located about 30 minutes from the airport.

What a villa. For me this is still one of my favourite villas in Seminyak and for good reason. The property allows you to relax and turn off the laptop / phone and be pampered by their incredible team. The chef is incredible and we ate like kings! We had the fresh fish which had been filleted, ceaser salad, Gado Gado, corn fritters and pumpkin soup and this was just for lunch!
The villa is 10 minutes on foot from shops and an array of coffee shops, restaurants if you do decide to eat out (we didn’t). Plus the beach is also walking distance from the villa so we walked along here every day at 5pm when it came alive with music and atmosphere.
The bedrooms are comfortable and ideal for a large group. There is a combination of twin rooms and king rooms all with their own bathrooms.
I can’t fault this villa and urge you to book this one. Stay with Ministry of Villas to experience Bali in style.

We spent 8 wonderful days in Villa TIgah Puluh, with our children and grand-children. Where we were utterly spoilt by the fantastic staff Who could not have done more for us if they tried. The food we asked Chef to cook was magnificent and nothing was too much trouble, even cooking chicken nuggets and chips just about everyday for the grandchildren. The rooms were spacious and so clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. We had such fun in the pool and were blessed with beautiful weather. If you are looking for a family holiday Villa, you can’t go past this one. This is one trip that our family won’t forget. And again, many, many thanks to the amazing staff who looked after us so well. We’ll be back.

I enjoyed my stay at the Villa! I stayed in room 2, the bathroom is very spacious. Toiletries like dental kits, shaver, soap, shower cap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
The king-sized bed is so comfortable! 😴 great view of the pool from my bed. Lots of spaces to relax and chill around the pool, at the living room as well as the dining room. Excellent hospitality of the staff, left a good impression on me in my first visit to Bali. Breakfast is decent with the choice of American breakfast or Indonesian breakfast.

Paradise on Earth
Blown away by its beauty as you walk through the front door. Huge reception lounge, decorated with great taste. 7 bungalows arranged on each side of a magnificent swimming pool, all in a green setting. The rooms are charming, all different from each other, magnificently decorated. Huge bathroom. the TV room and living room are superb. the staff is perfect, very attentive, extremely kind, very professional, nothing to complain about. There were 13 ladies that stayed at the villa and it was perfect for the bachelorette trip that we had. Staff was amazing and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish that we didn’t have as many activities planned as it would’ve been nice to stay and enjoy the villa more. The food was average however there were so many options outside so ate outside a lot or brought take away back to the villa or even got food delivered to the villa. We will definitely be back!

Stayed as a group of 7 couples and 2 children. Villa Tiga Puluh is an amazing villa for a large group situation with every couple having their own luxurious villa for a bit of privacy when needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Rama and all the staff who looked after us so well. Everyone agreed it was an amazing experience for us all for the 5 days we stayed. Could not recommend this place highly enough for a large group. Only criticism we had was in relation to the meals. Would have to agree with previous comments regarding the standard of food, we had an Indonesian feast of suckling pig which was quite tough with crackling that was chewy, however, breakfast was a big hit with everyone. There are so many restaurants nearby that it was not such a big issue.
Would definitely stay there again in a large group.

I stayed at this villa for 4 nights with 14 people and held my wedding ceremony here. We had already inspected this villa the year before and got home and booked it straight away. All villa were perfect for all guests and they raved how nice everything was. The 1 and only issue that everyone agreed on that the food was poor. We ate in villa every night. Breakfast was ok and so was any Indonesian food, but any western dishes were not very nice. There were a lot of dishes pre-purchased like the pizza bases. The pizzas were horrible, so we avoided those. But the pasta dishes were great. We felt there were not many dishes that were really freshly made. A guest noticed that the spring rolls were pre-cooked and left on the kitchen bench for a long time before re-heated in the fryer again. The chef Made was a lovely man, but the menu can be hit or miss.
Although I totally recommend this villa to stay in and I would return again. But next time I would eat out for lunch and dinners unless Villa Tiga Puluh improve their cooking section.
The staff were all lovely, but some failed to make themselves available by playing on their mobile phones in the office instead of staying in the pavillion area to see if we needed anything. Had to keep on going into the office to get them. They need to be more attentive, especially in the evening. A huge thank you to Meigi for her assistance in arranging some details to hold my ceremony. She was really helpful and made our process so smooth.
The massage people who came in for massages were great and reasonably priced for in-house group. All villas are perfect and comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Aircons were all great, but unfortunately, villa 1 (the biggest villa and the bridal room) was not working very well. Really recommend this villa for big groups or even intimate weddings or small parties. Have a meal to start with and hopefully it will improve after the feedback I gave Meigi. But if meals are not improved, just eat out. Still worth staying there.

“Heaven on earth – such a beautiful villa”
We stayed here as a group of 13 women for our friends’ 40th birthday. We walked in and we could barely believe our eyes. The photos do not do this villa justice. It is beautiful, clean, well appointed and has the most gorgeous staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The staff were attentive, but it didn’t feel like they were crowding us which was nice. The breakfast made by Made and team was so delicious, as were the other meals he whipped up for us.
We had 4 nights here and we ate, drank, swam, had massages (the staff called lovely ladies in to the villa for us who were brilliant and cheap), did yoga, shopping and all the amazing things Bali has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting than Villa Tiga Puluh. It really is the most amazing place I have ever stayed and can’t wait to return one day. It’s close to Seminyak restaurants and shopping, mini marts and transport. The perfect holiday in our little slice of heaven.

Villa Tiga Puluh was absolutely perfect for our group of 14 people. The rooms were very spacious, furnished nicely with a great mix of traditional and modern touches. The communal areas were nice and comfortable, and we all felt like we had plenty of space if we were all together, but could easily find some privacy if we wanted it from our individual bungalows, which worked brilliantly for us. The pool was a great size, (although could maybe have been a couple of degrees warmer if i’m being picky) Everywhere was nice and clean and well looked after. Meigi the manager was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the villa until the minute we left. All of the staff were fantastic. They are very polite, pleasant, happy, welcoming people, who are inconspicuous whilst going about their work duties, but always available when we needed them. They always made us feel important to them, and went out of their way to accommodate any of our requests. Dining area & lounge area really nice and comfortable for our group. TV room – good addition, but probably a bit too small.
Location – was fantastic, close enough to walk to cafe’s in Seminyak, short walk to the beach and the villa felt nice and private as it was on a laneway just off the main road. Make sure you book the massage ladies who came to us almost every day who were very professional, and extremely good value. Laundry – was cheap, quick and professionally done. Taxi’s – at the end of the road, always available and reasonably priced.
Regarding the food available at the villa – The Indonesian food was quite tasty. The ‘all day menu’ often didn’t have certain options available. I think there is room for improvement with this. To sum up, without fail, each and every one of us had an absolutely brilliant holiday and would definitely go back to Villa Tiga Puluh if we all did this together again. It was perfect for our group, and we would highly recommend it to anybody.

“Best Villa in Bali for a large group!”
I stayed at Villa Tiga Puluh for 5 nights, over the Christmas holidays. I was travelling with 10 adults and 1 child. We occupied 6 out of the 7 rooms. Our group arrived at different times from different pick-up locations and right from the word go, the team were helpful in ensuring we arrived safe and well.
Highlights:
Professional Staff – Management, Chef, Service, Transport, Highly proficient, genuinely honest, caring and friendly.
Space – The living space in the main building is HUGE. 5 nights and 12 people was not an issue. Plenty of seats available in the house, at the dining table, around the pool. We all particularly loved the individual pavillion/villa’s around the main pool, for that additional space for downtime.
Privacy – The villa is in a developing area of Seminyak, but it is safe, secure and quiet. At night, there was no sound of traffic, bars or nightlife.
Location – It’s a very short walk to all the shops, bars, restaurants in Seminyak including Kilo! The BBQ restaurant on the corner with Jalan Drupadi is also worth the visit.
Cost – Given it was peak season, this was by far the most cost effective solution.
Special Touches
The wonderful Manager, Meigi, who was super accommodating and helpful, even went ABOVE her call of duty, to help me negotiate with the Chef a full, 4-course Christmas dinner for 12 people. I was welcomed as an ‘executive chef’ into their family circle to prepare the meals. Even with my need-to-feed and high expectations on food standards, I was completely blown away by the quality, care and quantity of the food provided. The chef even baked a chocolate & cherry cake for dessert – a MUST TRY. And even with Prawn Cocktail, 2 Turkeys, Honey Roast Ham and all the trimmings, the chef drove me around the shops on Christmas Eve to buy Brussels Sprouts… I have so much respect for him and his team.
Lowlights
Planning ahead with food – there are several food and drink menus available to choose from and the Chef cooks everything fresh… This means buying the ingredients fresh too. So, plan ahead with your meals to allow the chef and the kitchen staff time to buy the food and cook it for you. Something I wasn’t fully aware of before our arrival. It was not an issue, at all, once we knew the process.
And finally, this is not a criticism of the Villa, but something to be incredibly mindful of as guests staying in Bali – Mosquitoes. I have experienced them all over Bali and respect the team’s effort to manage this. They sprayed the area daily, provided plenty of repellent and even lit room burners to minimize the risk. However, due to the open space and beautiful floral surroundings, this was an issue for one of our guests who got more bites than the rest. Without boring you all to death with how amazing this Villa is, I cannot recommend it enough.
