The living room opens out to beautiful tropical gardens and an epic 20-metre swimming pool sitting at the heart of the property. As soon as I saw the pool, I started mentally framing the perfect family portraits you could snap here!
Looking at the views and all the space available, it’s no wonder the gorgeous venue is a popular location for weddings and other celebrations. In fact, Villa Tiga Puluh was originally designed to celebrate the owners’ parents’ 30th wedding anniversary (“tiga puluh” means thirty in Indonesian). Romance and family values are definitely in the property’s DNA!
Besides working as a gorgeous backdrop for your celebration, the poolside deck is bathed in sunlight all day long. This means you can perfect that golden holiday tan without venturing out at all! If you’re longing for a fresh sea breeze, you can also reach Seminyak Beach in under 10 minutes by car. Planning a trip to Bali with the kids? No worries – a protective pool fence is available on request.
Entertaining is a Breeze
The real beauty of celebrating in a villa is that it’s not just a random venue where you drop by for a slice of cake and a glass of bubbly before the whole party scatters off to their respective hotels and resorts.
When you rent an entire villa, you get to enjoy a shared celebration without worrying about the logistics – everybody is already under the same roof.
As the villa comes with dedicated staff, entertaining in style will be a breeze and no one has to worry about cleaning up after. A daily breakfast is already included in the villa price and lunch and dinner are available on request. Since the team cooks everything fresh upon ordering, just make sure to plan your meals ahead. The staff is super accommodating and more than happy to advice you on all practical matters to help your stay at Villa Tiga Puluh run nice and smooth.
Perfect Setup For Families
Villa Tiga Puluh offers the perfect setup for extended family holidays. All seven bedrooms are housed in standalone bungalows surrounding the spacious pool. This means you can hang out together in the living areas and enjoy each other’s company by the pool, but everyone still has that private space for when they need a little me-time.
Six of the bedrooms have double beds, while one bedroom houses twin beds. The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests with two guests sleeping on extra beds. All bedrooms have a spacious walk-in wardrobe, TV with a DVD player, minibar and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom. Three of the bathrooms also include bathtubs to die for!
Located next to the common living areas and media room, the twin bedroom connects to one of the double bedrooms. This makes these two rooms ideal for parents travelling with younger children. As each bedroom has its own bathroom, there’s still a sense of privacy and personal space.
Location to Die For
Villa Tiga Puluh has so much to offer within its four walls that we haven’t even gotten to the location yet! The villa sits in a private lane just off Jalan Drupadi in the heart of chic Seminyak. The famous Eat Street is 15 minutes away by foot, or five minutes by car or motorbike (the villa staff can arrange both of these).
And that’s another perk of spending your special day at a villa in Seminyak: all the great restaurants waiting just next doors! For a special dinner with your significant other, try the fine-dining venue Teatro Gastroteque on Eat Street. For a more casual setting with a larger group, try Raffs, which is literally a five-minute walk from the villa. Team Ministry dined here during our stay at Villa Tiga Puluh and we were blown away by the food. The arabesque salad was amazing!
Villa Tiga Puluh stands in great company with Villa Abakoi, Villa Tangram and Villa Anam as neighbours. If you’re travelling with a big group, you can book Villa Tiga Puluh together with Villa Abakoi located right next door. Together these two villas create a twelve-bedroom property. You could even rent out all four properties! Our team recently stayed at Villa Anam and fell in love with the villa’s epic cinema room.
