Living Room

The villa’s main living area offers ample room for relaxed get-togethers or simply for relaxing with a good book. For added entertainment, the room is equipped with a massive flat screen TV and a games console, guaranteed to keep any rambunctious little ones entertained on a rainy day. To top it all off, the room is also fitted out with a cutting-edge stereo system. The room is hugged by massive floor-to-ceiling windows providing stellar views out into the ocean with opulent Thai artwork adding a rich local flavour into the exquisitely modern space.

Dining Room

The villa’s teakwood dining table seats up to eight people, allowing for a lavish Sunday brunch or an extravagant dinner party, both of which can be prepared in the property’s fully-furnished kitchen. The table is surrounded by immense windows giving out into the pool and the ocean beyond it, with a sky-high ceiling only adding to the sense of abundant light and space.

Garden & Pool

The property’s huge infinity pool is perfectly positioned parallel to the ocean, allowing guests to take in the salty views of the ocean while luxuriating in the pool. The pool is flanked by a generous sundeck offering plenty of room for alfresco get-togethers, which will be kicked into high gear with a little help from the beachfront barbeque and a round of cocktails. Besides offering a prime spot for working on your tan, the villa’s private deck is the absolute ideal location for taking in an unforgettable sunset over the ocean with a cold drink in hand and your toes dipped into the pool.

The exquisitely modern villa houses three bedrooms spread out on two floors. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, all of whom will be treated to epic ocean views and unparalleled modern design with wide open spaces, complemented by a crisp pale toned interiors and endless natural light pouring in through generous windows.

The front door opens into the main living area, which encompasses a fully-equipped kitchen, sea view dining room and ample open plan living room. The indoors opens to the outdoors with a pool terrace and al fresco dining area that has been furnished with a large teak dining table.

Situated to the left of the living room is a stand alone bedroom that has been stylishly furnished. From here you can enjoy jaw dropping ocean views thanks to the custom designed doors that open up to a central covered walkway. Access to the upper floor is via a beautiful curving stair case. Here you will find two large bedrooms, together with a media room with sofa and TV situated centrally between the two.

Villa Manager

Villa U’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

The villa’s skilled Thai chef will happily prepare Thai cuisine and Western favorites.

Villa U enjoys a prime location on the exclusive Lipa Noi Beach on Koh Samui’s western shores. The beautiful beach boasts pristine white sands and, thanks to its shallow and coral-free waters, is the perfect choice for travellers of all ages to indulge in some fun in the sun and the surf.

The surrounding area is dotted with delicious dining options offering both spicy local food and gourmet western dishes. For epic nightlife, head to the iconic Nikki Beach and if you’re lucky, catch one of the visiting DJs spinning at the decks.
