Phi Phi Islands

The islands were, of course, made world-famous by The Beach starring a very young Leonardo Di Caprio and continue to attract visitors by the boatload to this day. Phang Nga Bay
Another collection of stunning lime stone islands, Phang Nga Bay is mostly protected by the Ao Phang Nga National Park and offers amazing scenery to feast your eyes on. Phang Nga Bay is home to some 40 islands, including the famous and much photographed James Bond Island which was heavily features on the 007 film, The Man with the Golden Gun.
Khao Sok National Park
Khao Sok National Park offers amazing natural scenery – in fact, the area is home to one of the oldest rainforests on the planet. Visiting the park gives you a real feel of the tropics: the area is home to some 300 bird species and the world’s largest flower, rafflesia kerrii. Trek through winding jungle paths, marvel at natural waterfalls and dramatic lime stone cliffs jutting out of the ocean – and don’t forget the camera! Getting to Khao Sok National Park from Phuket’s west coast takes about three hours.
Koh Ya Noi
Looking to get away from it all? Set your course for Koh Ya Noi. This inhabited but very low key island is located about one hour from Phuket. Koh Yao Noi boasts pristine natural scenery and is the ideal destination for indulgent relaxation and exploring the life aquatic – this is one of the best spots for snorkelling and diving around Phuekt.
