The Hottest Hakuba Chalets
Hakuba is located on the island of Honshu is one of Japan’s largest and most famous ski resorts. From Nagano it takes just over one hour by bus or you can take a train from Matsumoto station to Hakuba station (one transfer) which also takes just over an hour. The area is blessed with breathtaking panoramic views of Hakuba’s hugely impressive mountain range and striking beauty of excellence. It is also known as the competition venue for the 1998 Olympic Winter Games Nagano and thus offers visitors to the region exciting and challenging ski slopes.

One of the best chalets in Hakuba Amo 54 has a cool design inside. This 4 bedroom Hakuba chalet enjoys a quiet location in Upper Wadano which is the exclusive part of Hakuba.
2. Slopeside
Our team stayed here for a couple nights and absolutely loved the chalet. The huge 7 bedroom ski-in / ski-out chalet comes with everything you need for the perfect ski holiday.
There is a Foosball table and bar area, ski room, Apple TV’s, PlayStation 3 console and 8-seater 4 wheel car for guests who have a valid International licence with them.
3. Phoenix Chalets
Another favourite in town is Phoenix Chalets. The chalets are location walking distance to the shops, slopes and snow. You have a choice of 2 and 3 bedroom chalets fully equipped with everything you need while staying in Hakuba. The staff are wonderful and you’ll be guaranteed a relaxing stay here.

OMG! Start saving now. One Happo is clearly one of the most impressive ski chalets in Asia. At $6,000 per night it’s probably one of the most expensive too! This stunning 5 bedroom villa has a fully equipped gym, Onsen, Billiard table and one of the most incredible views we have seen from a chalet.
