Casa Cinta 1 is one of two luxury three-bedroom villas located discreetly in the heart of Batubelig, a highly sought-after location minutes from Seminyak, with direct access to shops, an array of multi-cuisine restaurants and the renowned local beaches of Bali.

Ideal for families and small groups seeking an exclusive stay with a sense of ultimate seclusion, Casa Cinta 1 is set over two floors with modern decor and personal artwork curated by the Italian owner. Both Casa Cinta villas can be rented together to create a 6-bedroom villa however they are not interconnecting.

Casa Cinta 1 is a modern contemporary style designed villa to cater those who are looking for a comfortable home.

Living Room

A grand, fully air-conditioned open-plan living and dining area dominate the ground floor, which works effortlessly as a social and entertainment environment.

The living area is equipped with bi-fold doors that open up to the pool area. This has the twin advantages of being able to expand the living area when desired, as well as ensuring privacy, safety and comfort at night. Casa Cinta 1 has a full entertainment system including cable TV, Apple TV, JBL iPod speakers and library offering variety of books, DVDs and games (backgammon, poker, scrabble, etc) to keep the family entertained.

A second living area is located on the first floor adjoined to two premium-sized bedrooms.

Dining Room

Incorporated into the living area is a wooden dining table that can comfortably seat 6 guests.

Garden & Pool

The tropical lust garden, salt water swimming pool and cascading waterfall complete the serenity and ambience throughout.

Three grand bedrooms that contain a large double bed with ample storage in wardrobe and draws are a joy to experience. Each room has its own private view out on to the garden and pool area, the upstairs via a beautifully constructed balcony and the downstairs room within arms reach of the pool itself. Our advice is to grab that master bedroom spot before your accompanying guest set eyes on it!

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning with crisp white sheets.

Guest Bedrooms

There is an abundance of natural light in the bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and comfortable beds for two.

Casa Cinta has it’s own private drive suitable for parking, an essential for families with young children and nannies but also a valuable commodity when inviting guest over to experience the impressively large and welcoming villa space. Walking from the villa to the main street is a minute at most but because the property is tucked in neatly behind the neighbouring buildings, the noise expected from passing cars and busses never interferes with your stay, which allows for a pleasant and undisturbed social experience in the garden and outdoor living area. Our advice is to take a small torch with you when leaving the villa late at night just in case as the lighting may not always be adequate. However, the friendly security guard is often more than willing to escort you and share a joke along the way.

Your stay in The Casa Cinta 1 is made enjoyable by the professional staff. The Casa Cinta 1’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality.

Villa Manager

The Casa Cinta 1’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.
