Relaxing at Casa Cinta 1

Location, location, location
The street is lined with restaurants, bars, boutiques, spas, with a healthy assortment of convenience stores to cater for your weekly shop, staffed with friendly local people that go the extra mile to help you.
At just a short distance from the main town of Seminyak there’s no hardship in travelling to the tourist hot spots famed in travel magazines, such Potato Head, W Hotel spa retreat and Seminyak Beach. Whether you get around by taxi or invest in your own mode of transport, every local gem that’s worth visiting is practically on your doorstep, which is why the demand for Casa Cinta 1 is always high and fully justified.
The Italian touch
Not only is Casa Cinta 1 a fine choice for a short stint in a sought-after holiday destination, it’s modern design gives off such a warm, homely feel that you will be exploring all options available to prolong your stay! The Ministry of Villas team had the pleasure of sampling the villa for a long weekend and each agreed that it was a home away from home, albeit an aspirational choice!
Large murals are arranged in the downstairs area giving off a classy, yet contemporary feel between the open plan contemporary kitchen and living space. But there’s more: we are huge fans of putting our feet up in front of the TV, which is why we just had to test run the large Apple flat-screen TV with our favorite DVDs whilst relaxing on the comfy three piece lounge.
The tall patio doors can be fully extended out to connect the living area with the garden, and what better way to go from lunch at the main six-seater dining table to a cool dip in the salt-water pool. For those who prefer bathing to swimming, there’s a great set-up of loungers at poolside with cushions for added comfort. In all, the pool and tropical garden space is a classic set-up for socializing and the odd soiree.
On arrival you can expect to receive a kind reception from a close-nit team that take the time to introduce you to every aspect of the villa, both inside and out. The guided tour informs of the functionality of each room, kitchen and bathroom facilities, when and how to ask for assistance and a perfect opportunity to request your free breakfast. The services are only very simple aand there is just the one daily housekeeper to service the villa. But you don’t need too many staff running around anyway.
Fast Wi-Fi internet
Despite being a marvelous property with ornate and luxurious features, it’s often these simple things that make your stay every bit special. But for us fast Wi-Fi is essential for those who have to work while away and Casa Cinta 1 has one of the fast interconnections here in Bali. The Ministry of Villas team, seasoned experts in hospitality, can certainly vouch for this!
Three grand bedrooms that contain a large double bed with ample storage in wardrobe and draws are a joy to experience. Each room has its own private view out on to the garden and pool area, the upstairs via a beautifully constructed balcony and the downstairs room within arms reach of the pool itself. Our advice is to grab that master bedroom spot before your accompanying guest set eyes on it!
Casa Cinta 1 – our Batubelig favourite
Casa Cinta 1 has it’s own private driveway suitable for parking. An essential for families with young children and nannies but also a valuable commodity when inviting guests over to experience the impressively large and welcoming villa space. Walking from the villa to the main street is a minute at most but because the property is tucked in neatly behind the neighbouring buildings, the noise expected from passing cars and busses never interferes with your stay, which allows for a pleasant and undisturbed social experience in the garden and outdoor living area.
Our advice is to take a small torch with you when leaving the villa late at night just incase, as the lighting may not always be adequate. However, the friendly security guard is often more than willing to escort you and share a joke along the way.
