Mia Beach Living
Mia Beach exudes the laidback charm of a glamorous beach house. Each detail has been carefully thought out to the make this the ultimate beachfront escape. The villa is built around a central swimming pool, with all six bedrooms and the lavish living areas providing immediate access to the pool, making a leisurely morning dip all but mandatory. While the beach is never more than a few footsteps away, you’ll likely find yourself admiring the views from the comfort of the sunken lounge – arguably the most photogenic seating area on the whole island.
Living Room
The living room is a beautiful space decorated in the villa’s signature hues of pure white and aqua blue. Running parallel to the pool and facing the beach, the living room is surrounded by glass doors which can be fully opened to enjoy a fresh sea breeze or closed when you want to relax with the AC on. A central seating area features a plush white sofa and an arrangement of chairs facing a low-slung coffee table and a generous flatscreen TV. Outside, the villa’s furnished patios provide added opportunity for lounging in style.
Dining Room
The indoor dining area is a fluid extension of the spacious living room. Again, guests can choose between dining alfresco or closing the doors to enjoy meals in air-conditioned comfort. The dining table is a real statement piece crafted from a single piece of solid wood. The rugged beauty of the table is juxtaposed by the minimalist white chairs which surround it. Beautiful poolside views complete this scenic setup. Of course, nothing beats dining by the beach and the villa’s furnished patio offers the ultimate setting for doing just that, with a beautiful long dining table set just a few short metres from the shoreline. The indoor dining area is flanked by a sleek designer kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line Smeg appliances, including a built-in espresso machine. The villa also has a separate staff kitchen where the chef can prepare your meals without intruding on your privacy.
Garden
It is hard to imagine a more idyllic setting than the villa’s palm tree dotted lawns which extend to a white sand beach waiting just beyond. From the shoreline, the crystal-clear waters seem to go on forever. Local fishing boats moored in the shallows complete the tableau. The villa itself is built around a gorgeous 23-metre-long lap pool covered in Balinese greenstone tiles. Moving closer to the beach, the pool surrounds a beautiful sunken lounge shaded by a picturesque pergola. The lounge is followed by a shallow kids pool – yet another thoughtful touch. The grownups will appreciate the extravagant outdoor Jacuzzi hidden in a nearby alcove. When it’s time to spend some quality time together as a group, two beach-facing patios offer a beautiful setting for relaxed meals and long conversations in the shade, caressed by a fresh breeze blowing in from the beach.

Mia Beach features six bedrooms decorated in luminous white tones. Though all bedrooms share the same aesthetics, each one features unique art, antiques and design pieces. Mia Beach Layout
Mia Beach is a six-bedroom villa that’s built over a single level. The beachfront villa is built around a central swimming pool, with all rooms featuring sliding glass doors that open to the poolside terrace. One side of the living and dining room can be left fully open to enjoy direct access to the poolside patio. Alternatively, the glass doors can be closed and the room can be air-conditioned. All bedrooms are adjoined by ensuite bathrooms.
Mia Beach is part of Mia Villas, a luxurious villa estate with its own Club House. Guest staying at Mia Beach enjoy access to the Club House which is shared with other guests staying at the estate. The Club House features a gym, kids club, steam room, massage rooms and a cinema room. There are also two extra bedrooms at the Club House which can be used to accommodate additional guests should you be travelling with a large group. Sister villas Mia Ocean and Mia Palm feature four and five bedrooms, respectively.

Looking for the perfect holiday villa then this is it! Located on the beach front with easy walk to beach front restaurants & shops, that is if you want to leave the beautiful villa. Joy made our every wish come true & was just fabulous to deal with, the massages from Dang included in the villa really hit the mark!! The special dinners made in house were a fine dining experience. The pool, the rooms, the bathrooms……everything was fabulous…..if you want a truly special holiday I recommend staying at Villa Mia

A beautiful house with fantastic staff who serviced our every need Photos on the internet did not do it justice!! We could not believe our eyes when we walked in Could happpily accomodate up to 5 couples or as with us a family of 6 , we were very spoilt The chef prepared an amazing range of Thai meals for us each night and we all salivated waiting for the surprise deserts All in all fantastic value for money compared to staying at a resort – highly recommended

We had never traveled to Thailand and decided to try Ko Samui. From what we heard not a lot of Americans travel here. I have no idea why not! This place is heaven on earth. We were not sure what to expect. The house looked beautiful in photos and when we arrived we realized the photos do not do the house justice, the house is very well cared for, clean and amazing in every way. We travel a lot, and like to get out and see the sights and try the local food. The first night we walked to a restaurant down the beach. The location is perfect! So many bars, restaurants and sights are a quick walk down the beach. The next morning we awoke to a delicious breakfast cooked by the chef. We were tired from traveling so decided to spend the day at the house and the beach, around 1:00 the chef prepared us lunch, it was an incredible feast with five or six different thai dishes. We were blown away and other than a few evening markets and day excursions we ate every meal we could at the house. I don’t think the chef repeated a dish once! AMAZING! The staff is always there for you, The house manager Joy set up all of our transportation. We did not need to figure anything out, she was always one step ahead. She set up a day boat trip (and sent us with lunches) she also set up a entire day visiting temples and seeing all the sights, she joined us for this trip and gave a fabulous tour. If you just want to relax and enjoy the beach/pool this house is great also, the staff is very gracious, they also have an in house masseuse we all enjoyed incredible massages! This is a long review but I feel like I haven’t said enough about this wonderful property and staff. This is a 5 star vacation from start to finish!

BEST VILLA I’VE EVER STAYED AT
So the villa is beautifully maintained I have stayed here twice in 2013 & 2017, and the villa was as good as new! It is absolutely luxurious and well kept. The staff personifies Thai hospitality, and are so warm accommodative and welcoming. I had not heard the word no from them for anything. They were happy to arrange for anything we wanted, and took care of all our restaurant reservations and anything else that we asked of them!

What an amazing villa! My friends and I stayed there for a week to celebrate our 50th birthdays and the villa was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible; discreet, helpful, efficient, pleasant and very professional. Joy, the manager, is a gem! The villa is immaculate, luxurious and beautifully decorated. It is a peaceful and private haven where you can relax, enjoy fine dining, get a massage, enjoy a glass of wine by the pool, swim and have an unforgettable holiday. The only problem is…you will never want to leave!!

AMAZING HOLIDAY VILLA WITH INCREDIBLE HOSTS
Myself and two friends stayed in the five room Villa Mia for 7 days in May. The villa grounds were immaculate and were constantly maintained by the groundskeeper. The pool was massive and clean. The villa is approximately 1km from town you could walk but we easily organised scooters through our private concierge. The house is massive with each of the five rooms having a bathroom, and the property is set right on the beach. Apart from the villa being incredible the staff at this villa were AMAZING. The chef cooked restaurant quality Thai meals every day I dont think we ate out once, seafood dishes caught and bought and then cooked at the villa He could cook anything you asked for and would go shopping for ingredients based on our requests. The concierge Joy went above and beyond any of our expectations. I was like having a mindreader and a mum who would organise everything we needed scooters, taxis, suggestions for dinner, shed remind us of what we might need to take with us when we went out, and she always did it was a smile. She went as far as unpacking our suitcases and putting them away, and then when we left she washed and put our clothes back in the suitcase. One day we followed Joy around on a private scooter tour around the island. I just cant stress enough how amazing Joy was it was so easy to relax that we really didn’t want to leave and was trying to rack my brain on how we could take her home with us. Id highly recommend this villa you wont be disappointed.

This was the perfect half way point for a family reunion to celebrate a 50th anniversary and 70th and 21st birthday travelling from the uk and Australia. We were welcomed to the beautiful Villa Mia by Joy and her team of staff. The house is wonderful and suited our family perfectly, the food was amazing and anything we asked for was catered for. Joy looked after us and attended to our every request for example arranging jet skis, a boat trip and car hire efficiently and promptly. We all enjoyed the massages and Joys amazing cocktail skills. The staff have an uncanny knack of knowing what we wanted before we had even asked them, they work extremely hard in ensuring everyone has a wonderful time in a very friendly and personable way.
