Mia Villas is a beachfront villa estate comprising three luxurious villas: six-bedroom Mia Beach, five-bedroom Mia Palm and four-bedroom Mia Ocean. As the only luxury beachfront villas on Chaweng beach, Mia Villas enhances that feeling of exclusivity that discerning travellers seek.
Each villa features a sumptuously sized swimming pool and vast tropical gardens, with enclosed living areas and gorgeous bedrooms. If you’re travelling with a large group, Mia Beach, Mia Palm and Mia Ocean can also be booked with two bedrooms within the estate’s Club House to create a total of 17 bedrooms.

Mia Beach
Mia Beach is a six-bedroom villa that’s built over a single level. The beachfront villa is built around a central swimming pool, with all rooms featuring sliding glass doors that open to the poolside terrace. One side of the living and dining room can be left fully open to enjoy direct access to the poolside patio. Alternatively, the glass doors can be closed and the room can be air-conditioned. All bedrooms are adjoined by ensuite bathrooms.

The first bedroom is decorated in the villa’s signature white tones complemented by nautical blue touches. A beautiful four-poster bed dominates the room, flanked by a plush white sofa and a generous flatscreen TV. The room also includes a minibar, a writing desk and generous built-in wardrobes. The room faces the beach and is surrounded by sliding glass doors on three sides, with the front of the room opening to a scenic furnished terrace. The ensuite bathroom is incredibly decadent, featuring a sumptuous terrazzo bathtub, an outdoor rain shower, dual vanities and a toilet.

Mia Ocean is a four-bedroom villa that’s built over a single floor. The villa is divided into individual pavilions. The largest pavilion houses the living and dining room which overlooks the villa’s 32-metre-long swimming pool. This pool is flanked by a bedroom pavilion on either side, with two more bedrooms located to the back of the property.

The first bedroom is housed in a pavilion next to the living room. The room is surrounded by glass on three sides, with a king-sized bed directly facing doors that open to the spectacular sea view terrace that surrounds the pool. The bedroom is decorated in nautical hues of white and blue, with a flatscreen TV, a minibar, wardrobes and a beautiful wicker chair adding comfort and convenience. The ensuite bathroom is well appointed with a walk-in rain shower, dual sinks and a toilet.

Mia Villas is an exclusive villa estate comprising three luxury villas and a Club House. Each villa enjoys complete privacy and is built over a single floor. The Club House features a gym, kids club, steam room, massage rooms and a cinema room. Access to the Club House is shared with other guests staying at the estate. There are also two extra bedrooms at the Club House which can be used to accommodate additional guests should you be travelling with a large entourage.

Villa Manager
Mia Villas’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Chef
Each villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

It’s nice to know you have security and Mia Villas have a full-time security team. Additional security can also be arranged if required.

Mia Villas is located in Chaweng Bay on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. Boasting an absolute beachfront location, the estate allows guest the make the most of Samui’s beachy delights without even leaving the property. Though deliciously secluded off the beaten path, the villa is only a short walking distance from the restaurants, boutiques and clubs of Chaweng. During low tide, guests can walk over to the picturesque island of Koh Matlang. Mia Villas is located just 10 minutes from Koh Samui’s airport.

We had a great time at mia villa. Its a complex that every villa including 4-6 barrooms + private pool + private beach!
Fits to families or just some couples. Everyone viila have regular stuff including service manager and private chef who make our special food. Our service manager was Pi and he was amazing! He took care of us everything we needed and if something was missing he get it by a few minutes.

Gorgeous interiors; unparalleled location and the best of Thai hospitality
This was my fifth trip to Koh Samui. I have always stayed at amazing villas but this one ranks as the best. “P” and his team are superb. The stay was effortless, comfortable and a happy one thanks to them. They indulged our various dietary requests, questions for spa bookings, shopping, you name it! They decorated the villa on the last night for a special family dinner. The house itself is very beautiful and tastefully decorated with all the amenities you need – from a spa, theatre, pool, fully equipped kitchen etc. Our first family holiday post COVID was very special because of P and his team.

This villa is ideally located very close to Chaweng, just a 5 minute car trip and is right on the beach. The villa itself is stunning, beautifully maintained and has everything you need – full length lap pool, indoor outdoor dining, relaxation areas, massage, chef, beautifully appointed rooms and an outstanding on-site staff. The booking process was expertly managed by Jimmy, nothing was too hard! You have the choice to eat at the villa, the team will manage the shopping and drinks for you and the chef is amazing. We will be back!!

Seven stars Villa.
As my mother in law turned 60 we looked for a Villa for one full week for the whole family to celebrate this big event. We opted for Villa Mia. Absolutely a fantastic choice. Joy and her staff made our stay an exceptional event (we spent most of our stay in this luxurious Villa with no need to look for outside activities). The chef prepared local delicious dishes (every day another menu prepared for our choice of dishes.Even Gluten-Free for one of our grandchildren). The in house massages were great. Wonderfull pool (hard to get the kids as well as grownups out of the water).Spacious rooms beautifully decorated (highest possible standard)each with a private shower and toilet. And…Villa minutes away from the busy Choweng center) And last but not least…Villa located on the beach with a magnificent ocean view. We tried to find some faults but could not. As in the Eurovision Song contest: an absolute 12 points!!! Warmest possible recommendation for Villa Mia.Cannot wait for the next occasion to return to this Villa…

“PERFECTION! LOOK NO FURTHER”
We had never traveled to Thailand and decided to try Ko Samui. From what we heard not a lot of Americans travel here. I have no idea why not! This place is heaven on earth. We were not sure what to expect. The house looked beautiful in photos and when we arrived we realised the photos do not do the house justice, the house is very well cared for, clean and amazing in every way.
We travel a lot, and like to get out and see the sights and try the local food. The first night we walked to a restaurant down the beach. The location is perfect! So many bars, restaurants and sights are a quick walk down the beach. The next morning we awoke to a delicious breakfast cooked by the chef. We were tired from traveling so decided to spend the day at the house and the beach, around 1:00 the chef prepared us lunch, it was an incredible feast with five or six different Thai dishes. We were blown away and other than a few evening markets and day excursions we ate every meal we could at the house. I don’t think the chef repeated a dish once! AMAZING!The staff is always there for you, The house manager Joy set up all of our transportation.
We did not need to figure anything out, she was always one step ahead. She set up a day boat trip (and sent us with lunches) she also set up a entire day visiting temples and seeing all the sights, she joined us for this trip and gave a fabulous tour. If you just want to relax and enjoy the beach/pool this house is great also, the staff is very gracious, they also have an in house masseuse we all enjoyed incredible massages! This is a long review but I feel like I haven’t said enough about this wonderful property and staff. This is a 5 star vacation from start to finish!

A beautiful house with fantastic staff who serviced our every need . Photos on the internet did not do it justice!! We could not believe our eyes when we walked in .
Could happpily accomodate up to 5 couples or as with us a family of 6 , we were very spoilt . The chef prepared an amazing range of Thai meals for us each night and we all salivated waiting for the surprise deserts. All in all fantastic value for money compared to staying at a resort – highly recommended.

“Best Villa I’ve ever Stayed at”
So the villa is beautifully maintained I have stayed here twice in 2013 & 2017, and the villa was as good as new!
It is absolutely luxurious and well kept.
The staff personifies Thai hospitality, and are so warm accommodative and welcoming. I had not heard the word no from them for anything. They were happy to arrange for anything we wanted, and took care of all our restaurant reservations and anything else that we asked of them!
