Mia Ocean is aptly named. First, there is the location. This beautiful Samui villa sits directly on a white sand beach, with clear blue waters stretching out as far as the eye can see. Then there is the photoshoot ready décor which captures the effortless glamour of a dreamy beach house. Surrounded by full wall glass, each room is decorated in fresh hues of white and blue with natural rattan adding a bohemian touch – the definition of barefoot glamour.

Life at this idyllic villa flows effortlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces; from relaxed meals prepared by a skilled chef to leisurely dips in the magnificent 32-metre-long swimming pool. For some added oomph, the buzzy beach clubs and delectable restaurants of central Chaweng are never more than a few minutes away – although there is much to keep you occupied closer to home as well.

Mia Ocean is part of Mia Villas estate – the only villa estate in Koh Samui to feature its own exclusive Club House complete with a gym, kids club, steam room, massage rooms and a cinema room. Rooms are divided into bijou pavilions which are connected through walkways framed by tropical greenery – a setup that allows guests to fully experience the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of Koh Samui. It is near impossible to choose a favourite feature at this meticulously designed villa. Maybe it’s the 32-metre-long pool or the shaded sunken lounge – or perhaps it’s the tranquil ocean bay waiting just a few footsteps from the patio?

Living Room

The living room is housed in a grand pavilion crowned by a heigh vaulted ceiling, with full wall windows flooding the space with natural light. These elements only play up the luminous effect of the room’s pristine white décor which is accentuated by touches of nautical blue and bohemian rattan. Two large sofas and an arrangement of ottomans and armchairs offer a relaxing setting for long conversations or a round of cocktails.

Dining Room

The villa offers a few options for dining in style. The most idyllic choice is of course dining alfresco, with a round dining table housed on the shaded poolside patio providing picture-perfect views and a fresh sea breeze while you dine. If you prefer to dine in air-conditioned comfort, meals can also be enjoyed at the eight-seater dining table housed in the living room, with full wall windows still providing sublime views. This same space also features a sleek white kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials needed for preparing meals and snacks throughout the day. You won’t have to worry about any of that though – unless you want to! -as you can leave all the culinary endeavours to the villa’s chef.

Garden

This beachfront villa fully embraces the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of the tropics. The villa’s sea view patio works as a second living room, offering picturesque views of the ocean bay with local fishermen mooring their boats in the shallows. This terrace is a great place to socialise or enjoy a moment of solitude, either gathered around the table or relaxing on the sunbeds. The patio gives way to a sublime 32-metre-long swimming pool which runs the full length of the villa. That sleek stretch of water is bookended by a beautiful sunken lounge which offers a serene setting for drinking in the scenery. The lounge is followed by a shallow kiddie pool, allowing parents to keep an eye on the little ones while relaxing in the shade. All of this is framed by postcard ready views of the beach, with an idyllic stretch of white sand and clear blue waters beckoning just a few footsteps from the pool.

Mia Ocean features four bedrooms housed in individual pavilions. Each bedroom is styled in beautiful white tones with fresh blue accents giving nods to the surrounding blue sea. All bedrooms provide sea views and come furnished with a king-sized bed. Each bedroom is adjoined by an ensuite bathroom, also decorated in the villa’s signature light tones.

Mia Ocean is a four-bedroom villa that’s built over a single floor. The villa is divided into individual pavilions. The largest pavilion houses the living and dining room which overlooks the villa’s 32-metre-long swimming pool. This pool is flanked by a bedroom pavilion on either side, with two more bedrooms located to the back of the property.

Mia Ocean and its sister villas Mia Palm and Mia Beach are part of the exclusive Mia Villas estate. Guest staying at Mia Ocean enjoy access to the estate’s Club House. The Club House features a gym, kids club, steam room, massage rooms and a cinema room. Access to the Club House is shared with other guests staying at the estate. There are also two extra bedrooms at the Club House which can be used to accommodate additional guests should you be travelling with a large entourage.

Villa Manager

Mia Ocean’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Security

It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available.

Mia Ocean offers a beautiful beachfront location in Koh Samui’s sought-after Chaweng district.
