The Six Estate
The Six is a collection of six villas located side by side on a dreamy Sri Lankan beach. But while the villas neighbour each other, they are far from carbon copies. Each of these villas is unique, both in its inspirations and styling. Even the layouts differ slightly between villas, which is fabulous – these villas do not feel like a copy, of a copy… of a copy.
Each of the villas is self-contained and private, offering everything you need for a relaxing and well-rounded stay, including a private pool, a full kitchen, lavish living areas… and a private sauna!
While each villa stands on its own, they are also a great option for larger groups and multigenerational families looking to stay close to each other – but not on top of each other. The Six Villas
The Six features six sleek villas, each of them uniquely styled and graced with a private pool and providing direct beach access. Each villa was inspired by a specific beach, ranging from Balinese influences in Villa Amed to Spanish accents in Villa Cies, while also paying homage to Sri Lanka’s rich cultural heritage.
Villa Amed
Villa Amed was inspired by the black sand beaches of Bali. The villa fuses classic Sri Lankan design with a modern palette, creating a sleek and sophisticated beach house that more than meets the moment. The villa spans two floors, with the living and dining areas gazing over the pool and out to the ocean through full wall glass. The four bedrooms are spread over two floors, allowing each guest to enjoy their own personal space. An in-villa sauna adds further decadence to your stay.

Villa Kaimu channels the effervescent beauty of light Hawaiian beaches, beautifully contrasting light and dark tones. The Six Staff
Your stay in The Six is made enjoyable by the professional staff. The Six’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Sri Lankan hospitality.
Villa Manager
The Six’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand everyday to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

The Six is located in Weligama on the stunning southern coast of Sri Lanka. These six villas are located directly on the beach, offering immediate access to soft sand and the salty waves of the Indian Ocean. The region is famed for its beautiful beaches and fabulous surf breaks. Besides enviable beach access, The Six also offers a strategic locale for exploring everything Sri Lanka has to offer. The villa is positioned along the coastal highway, between Galle Fort (about 40 minutes) and Yala National Park (2.5 hours).

Extremely happy with overall experience from reception, facilities, service, food, value for money etc. Due to challenging family circumstances I made some specific requests. The most beautiful stay i ever had. Property is amazing and right on the beach at one of the most serene location of Sri Lanka. Hospitality is top notch. Mr Sanjaya took really good care of us and catered for all our needs along with Mr Kevin. They did an excellent job. Sanjaya arranged for bonfire sea food barbecue dinner and surprise arabic style dinner for us. They also arranged for a flute tutor who played melodious tunes.
Their service elevates the beauty of property. Situated right on the beach, you can take a swim in ocean by taking just few steps from the stay. You can also find turtle eggs. The life guards are friendly and will guide you to show the turtles and turtle eggs.
Facilities are top notch and couldn’t ask for more. Overall, the best property in Sri Lanka.

Paradise!
My partner and I booked four nights at The Six, to end our 2 week holiday in Sr Lanka. Wow, wow, wow! Beautifully appointed, luxury right on pristine sands. Every sunset was magical. One night a large turtle crawled right up to the villa to lay her eggs. Another, the staff put on a beautiful seafood platter alongside a bonfire on the beach.
Sampath attended to our every need. He was so attentive, professional but also giving us the right amount of privacy. The food is fantastic, every meal was delicious. Our experience was so good, we literally didn’t leave the villa in the four days!

Fabulous family holiday
We stayed as a family 8-80 years range. The staff are delightful, helpful and we couldn’t speak more highly of them. The food was delicious and included a Sri Lankan breakfast with Hoppers cooked in front of us.
The Houses are fantastic, right on the beach with a lovely pool and shaded sittings areas. New years eve 2 turtles came and laid eggs and returned to the sea just before midnight. Some lovely fireworks were put on by the staff to round off the evening after a special dinner.

We spent two amazing nights at The Six weligama (Khai villa). There are 6 villas, each one is uniquely designed with different flooring, interior design, colors, ambience. Khai villa has 4 master bedrooms with attached baths, however we only needed to use 2 of the master bedrooms for the two of us and the two young kids. The food is al carte and the centralized kitchen prepares them. The food is amazing, we tried string hoppers, hoppers, rice and curry, pizza, different types of juices, fried calamari, cutlet and homemade bread baskets for breakfast. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and the private pool was just the right size for two young kids (who can’t swim). Special shout out to Thilina and Tiron who attended to every ask and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this villa , we will be back!
