Villa Kinaree offers a beautiful blend of Balinese details and polished modern comfort. Life flows effortlessly between indoor spaces and the lush gardens, with the option of lounging by the pool or enjoying the cool of the AC while relaxing indoors.

Living Room

The villa’s generous living areas offer the option of relaxing indoors or enjoying breezy alfresco living while gazing out to the pool. The indoor living room is a comfortable, air-conditioned space with an L-shaped sofa angled toward a large flatscreen TV. The open-sided lounge features plush leather sofas, a billiard table and a bar, making this a fabulous space for entertaining.

Dining Room

The dining area is built into the indoor living room, allowing guests to dine in air-conditioned comfort. The dark wood dining table can seat all eight guests on matching chairs. The guest kitchen is fitted with an American style fridge, oven, hobs and microwave along with all the cutlery and crockery needed for preparing delicious meals.

Garden

The villa’s lush gardens capture the tropical beauty of Bali perfectly, with a 12 x 4 metre swimming pool working as the undeniable show stopper. The pool boasts a beautiful cascading water feature, delicate stepping stones and wide steps leading down to the deep end. The poolside deck is dotted with sun loungers and parasols, providing a blissful choice between sun and shade.

Villa Kinaree has four bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and adjoined by ensuite bathrooms. Like the villa itself, the bedrooms are styled with classic furniture, Balinese details and sublime modern comfort.

Villa Kinaree is a four-bedroom villa that’s built over two floors. The main house is single-story building which houses the living and dining areas. On the other side of the 12 x 4 metre swimming pool is the second pavilion which houses two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper level. Villa Kinaree is part of the Villa Kinaree Estate together with Villa Kinara. If you’re travelling with a larger group, the two villas can be booked together to create up to 10 bedrooms.

Villa Manager

Villa Kinaree’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Housekeeping

You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.

Butlers

Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef

The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from the Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.

Villa Kinaree is located in the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Seminyak in Bali, Indonesia. The villa is ideally tucked in a cul-de-sac of exclusive villas, away from the noise but still within a short walk from all the most buzzed-about restaurants and beach clubs. Both the iconic Ku De Ta beach club and all the fabulous dining options lining Seminyak’s famous Eat Street are within a 10-minute walk. The closest restaurants and convenience stores are less than five minutes away on foot.
